I love the variety of colors and the price. I like that the markers stay nice and moist. Because they are "metallic," the colors, such as blue, have a metallic edge to their color in addition to the blue; it winds up looking a little like a dusty blue. I like that metallic edge to the colors. I like all of the colors, though the white takes time to dry indeed. I mf I had to choose, I dislike the pink the most, as it is really an odd color, like a light maroon, or a brown-ish pink. It's great if you're not expecting traditional pink to use in different ways, and is indeed in the red family. I wish they had added more white to the pigment to make it a pink though. I bought this for these great dark-paper coloring books we got, and they are nice. There is not too much variety in the width of a brush stroke you can get, but with care and a very light hand, you can get a thin line. I would buy these in a finer point tip for sure. They seem to take a long time to set, if you are drawing on something that will be handled (I painted a hat on a plastic toy man, or on a kid's plastic folder) and especially if you're trying to layer colors, and I'm not convinced it wears well on plastic. I was hoping very much these would be an equivalent to an oil or enamel marker, ultimately doing double duty for both dark paper coloring and Kindness Rocks creations. I think the latter, probably not...but haven't tried a sealer (spray or mod podge) yet to see if it bleeds - I am referring to an outstanding question for this product. Anyhow, it is superb for dark paper. The colors do blend if you paint on top of each other when not dry and I've found I have to be very gentle with adding a color on top and not getting it onto the other marker tip, or lest the colors blend. But it's easy to clean the nib off by just drawing lines on a scrap piece of paper, even the white tip comes clean. I rather like the invisible ink effect initially of the white pen though it's a bit hard to anticipate where you've left a mark, and if you've removed pigment by moving it around to fill an area. Just trust the pen! Works much more permanently than say Chalk Markers, which we also use a lot in our home - but still, nowhere near as indelible as an enamel marker. Sometimes they seem like they will be permanent-ish on plastic, sometimes not so much and it scratches or wears off fairly easily after it's all dry. Still in a trial-and-error phase of use at this point. Still, this can maintain a prominent place in our art and craft ideas in our house with two little ones. I love these are scentless and non toxic. They wash off of our hands quite easily. ... show more

    • love them, but.......
I love the way these lay paint down, and leave a nice finish. I would consider them medium tip. My only problem is the white one was completely dry, and that's the one I really wanted :(

    • Good markers, Bright colors - but took too long to receive.
The markers are good. The tip is thicker than I anticipated, but works fine. I ended up using them to mark the spines of black vinyl journal books and colors are bright, don't smear, and durable. I was going to gift to a grand daughter for Christmas, but they took a loooong time to arrive. Just got them this week... three weeks after Christmas. Not sure what that was about as all my other orders for gifts came on time. ... show more

I use these on black paper for greeting cards of any occasion! Mostly Christmas. I have a set from 2 years ago and most are still going strong! I recently used them to decorate plastic and glass ornaments and they turn out great but you need to seal them with a spray sealant. They make a great gift for arts friends and family! ... show more

    • Not fine enough tip for the detail shown in the pictures.
The white one is barely visible and the pics on the listing show fine detail mandala on a rock. But the tips are not fine enough to do detail work like that but if your just coloring something in or drawing basic designs they work well.
