Description

French Roast is our darkest roast. The taste profile is deep and intense with a smokey finish. We only use EP-SHB (Euro Prep, Strictly Hard Bean) coffees for our French Roast. These dense, hard beans require a slow, long roast with an elevated higher roast temperature. We roast all of our beans by sight, but are assisted by 36 years of roasting experience. The finished roast is deep and dark, not charred or burnt.
