Perfect kettlebell for anyone, especially seniors!
Outstanding! We love this device. Makes working out easy, but with great results. 6 weeks in and both my wife and I love it. 2x daily workouts for each of us without leaving the bedroom! The adjustable weight function is a great idea. Solid construction. The weights hold on well. We had to leave the house for a week to watch grandchildren out of state and took it with us to maintain our work out schedule. We both feel a stronger core, glutes and thighs, as well as biceps - I’m seeing definition I have not seen in years. Don’t hesitate to- get this and get off your butt and start getting a life back. This will remove your excuses: affordable, no gym membership or “staring at you” at the gym, and one device that is itself a full set of kettlebells. We are 70+ and love this.

Space-Saving and Versatile
I’ve been using this adjustable kettlebell at home and it’s been a practical solution for strength training without taking up too much space. The dial mechanism on top makes it easy to switch between different weight settings, and it locks in securely. I can move from one exercise to the next without needing a full set of kettlebells around me. The grip is comfortable and solid. It’s shaped more like a traditional kettlebell than I expected, which helps with swings, presses, and squats. The weight distribution feels even, and it doesn’t shift during movement. That was something I was concerned about with adjustable equipment, but it hasn’t been an issue here. It’s also easy to store. I keep it in the corner when not in use and it doesn’t clutter the room. This has worked well for full-body workouts at home, and it’s nice having multiple weights in one piece. Overall, it’s been a solid addition to my routine and a good fit for small spaces or anyone wanting to keep their setup simple.

Versatile and Space-Saving – Perfect for Home Workouts!
The Bowflex SelectTech kettlebell is a game changer for my home gym. It’s super easy to adjust the weight with just a quick turn of the dial, and it replaces multiple kettlebells in one compact design. The build feels solid and durable, and the grip is comfortable for all kinds of exercises—swings, squats, presses, and more. It’s a great option if you’re short on space but still want a variety of weight options. Definitely worth the investment for anyone looking to level up their home workouts without cluttering the room.

Compact, sturdy, and super convenient
This adjustable kettlebell has been one of the best things I've added to my home gym. The weight changes happen quickly and smoothly, and each setting feels stable with no wobbling or moving. The handle is easy to hold and has enough room for exercises that can be done with one or two hands. It takes up a lot less space than having a lot of kettlebells, but it still feels just as strong when you swing, row, squat, or press. This is a great piece of equipment for anyone who wants to be able to do a lot of different things without having to buy a lot of equipment.

Solid adjustable kettlebell for home gym
I made a home gym and needed something space saving and versatile, so the BowFlex SelectTech 840 adjustable kettlebell was a perfect solution. Key Features: * Ease of installation: (5/5) - ready to use out of box * Ease of use: (5/5) - turn of the knob will change the weight; it’s also well labeled * Durability: (5/5) - no problems so far and it’s been 1.5 years * Value: (5/5) - considering you’re getting a large range of weights I think it justifies the price. Room for improvements: I think it’d be nice to have a little bit larger handle. I’m talking like another 1/2 to 1 inch to improve its versatility and use. If you are a minimalist and need to save space, this is an outstanding option for your gym.
