The product worked as expected. It arrived in good condition and it was very easy to install and hook up. It doesn’t come with any kind of mounting so my husband made his own. It’s a bit heavy but that’s to be expected - it’s supposed to be able to withstand high winds so we weren’t expecting a lightweight panel. It charged up exactly the way it should. We are in Alaska and right now we only get sun for a few hours a day but for those few hours these panels charge up and give us very close to the manufacture specs or right at it - meaning we were at or close to 300W in direct sun. If we were in a sunnier place then they’d be even more awesome. All of that said - the other things we liked about it is of course that it folds up. Since it’s made for RVing folding means it takes up less space when we’re on the move. It also comes with some handy bags to store and carry them in when you’re on the move, which is very very nice. We appreciate that they came with those. One of our panels cracked up just recently and we contacted customer service because there is a 18 month warranty and this is the reason that I am actually taking the time to write a review because customer service was wonderful. A+ to them! The representative was very knowledgeable and gave us many options- refund, a compatible panel or replacement. The same representative also stuck with us for the whole process- we didn’t get transferred around to different people - which we all know is annoying. In the end we chose the refund so that we could make another purchase later (due to Amazon shipping issues since we’re in Alaska). Once we made our choice the representative was very quick in processing our refund. He was polite, patient and professional. We couldn’t be happier. Overall we’ve had a very good experience with these panels and we definitely recommend them. I bought 4 of the 200W 9BB Solar Panels (on 4 different occasions). They were all very well packaged and three arrived flawless. One had a small dent in the corner of the aluminum frame but nothing that was worth sending it back for (in my opinion). Customer service was fast, friendly and favorable to the customer. All 4 panels put out acceptable power. I have seen 175W output from these panels and I did NOT strategically place or position them for optimum angle to the sun. They may possibly produce more. Being that these panels perform so well I opted to place and position them where convenient and aesthetically acceptable. I would definitely buy these panels again! ... show more

UPDATE: I got contacted after the initial review by a BougeRV Tech Support rep, Samyi. He was very responsive and worked with me to check the panel manufacturing date and the efficiency. Both seem to be within acceptable ranges and I can get an average of 70% power output (flash to 100%) to charge my power station on an sunnyday. Samyi also offered a partial refund for the cosmetic imperfections on the panel with full warranty coverage since I can still use the panel in acceptable condition, which I thought it was fair. I appreciated the great customer service Samyi provided so I'm increasing my stars rating. Excellent customer services. would buy from this vendor again. Original: I received the solar panel today in very good box designed to protect the panel. And the box had no damage on the outside. The packing materials are all in good condition. After unpacking the box and examining the solar panel there is a major damage on one of the corner of the solar panel. Since the box and packing materials were in good shape it must be quality control from factory. There are few other bents on the aluminum frame too. Attached pictures will say it all. Solar panel seem well-built but will test it in next few days. ... show more

UPDATE -- I tested both panels and they work flawlessly. The numbers shown by my charge controller are actually better than what the specs on the panels would suggest. Very happy with these panels --- I ordered two of these while they were on sale. I chose the 200 watt 9BB BougeRV panels after watching and reading many reviews, almost all of which were extremely positive. Both panels arrived in good condition and very quickly shipped via USPS. My only concern is that the box flap on one of the two panels was completely open, and that box was missing packing material and the paperwork which was present in the box for the other panel. That makes me wonder if one of the panels I received might have been a customer return or something. I'll update my review once I've had a change to test the panels but for now I'm happy. Will order two more of these when budget allows. At 0.86 cents a watt (on sale) I don't think you can go very wrong with these panels. ... show more

We installed on the south side of our house and on a clear sunny late October day it was producing 95 watts! Very well made, and looks good! Light weight and easy to install! It is paired with a Bluetti Eb3A and functions perfectly together.

I found this panel on sale again after seeing it on sale after Thanksgiving, so I decided to get one. I researched the panels and found the 12bus bars to be better and it was a mono crystalline that was listed as 300 watts . It seemed a bit bulky but I found the case with handle to be easier to use it. I haven’t use it w a charge controller yet, but have verified the output voltage and it metered at 20 volts in full sun as described and about 18 w half covered and 16v on only half of the full panel in sun. ... show more
