SUPER-EASY to put together! Attractive addition to your room! The big 5-gallon bottles easily move-in! Now I can handle my own water set-up! COST effective, as well! UPDATE: I'm still pleased with my purchase, however, the water flows slowly into whatever receptacle you're using, so if speed of flow is an issue for you, spend more and get a better model.

It doesn’t cool it doesn’t heat. It doesn’t work so I am disappointed in this item. And the worst part I have to pay to ship this item back. So I do not recommend.

Don’t buy

I wouldn’t recommend this product. First of all you have to pay for shipping around $96 to ship when this product doesn’t even work. Secondly it makes noise throughout the day stating there is a shortage. Thirdly the water line doesn’t even reach the 5 gallon water all the way. Leaving the gallon half way full empty stating shortage. The cap in the water line is also loose. Very unsatisfied. Will not be purchasing any items from this vendor/ seller again.

Bad taste fixed

I was going to give this product 1 star .. I was going actually return the product .. the water from the dispenser had an awful plastic taste .. I solved this by boiling water in a pot .. used a pot holder .. and placed the pot where you would place your 5 gallon jug goes .. I cycled the boiling water .. let it sit in the reservoir tank of the machine .. for about 10 minutes .. then cycled it all back out .. there is two white twist knobs on the back of the dispenser that are drain plugs .. be careful .. the moment you unscrew them water comes gushing out so have a pot ready .. and if the water is stick at a boiling temperature it with burn you .. I drained all the water out of the dispenser .. the I reinserted my 5 gallon jug of clean water .. there was still a slight hint of plastic in the taste .. after a week of use it was gone .. 3 stars for the headache of figuring things out .. it could very well be a 4 to 5 star now .. the water comes out cold and does its job for the price .. simplicity

Cold water not cold enough

The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the cold function doesn't really get the water cold enough. Its about the same temp as getting water out the tap.
