ThisBosu 65 cm balance ball is a great addition to my home gym. Being a senior balance is key in the ageing process. The ball is not difficult to mount. The smaller version at my gym was more difficult to get started on. The platform is very sturdy and the inflatable rubber half sphere seems of heavy duty quality. The Bosu ball is incredibly versatile - I started using it as part of a PT plan for building stability in my knees and ankles, but have since found so many ways to incorporate it into my workouts (including using it with a trap bar to do hip thrusts - brilliant!).

It's what I have missed the most since not returning to the gym. I can't fathom why I waited this long to buy one, but what's that saying? Good things come to those who wait? I LOVE this product. It's great for many exercises AND stretching. It's easy on the joints... which, as we age, is key! It was super easy to inflate and has been holding it's air. I like that it's black - more forgiving (or stylish) in a home than the original blue - although I'm sure that'd work for those with colorful spaces. I think it comes is various colors now... I HIGHLY recommend this product! And, hey, it makes for a quick sit for putting on your skids, too! ... show more

So I bought a Bosu from seller Spreetail and it never arrived. The seller was quick to refund to my amazon account so I immediately ordered a second one and the seller shipped the second Bosu and again it never arrived. It’s a shame it’s been over 2 weeks for a next day Prime delivery twice and i still do not have the Bosu I ordered. I’ve used Bosu at physical therapy and at the gym so I know they are great. Update: Finally receive the second Bosu 2 weeks late. At least it finally arrived. I definitely recommend getting a Bosu just beware of which seller you buy from. I will say the seller I bought from offered a decent partial refund for having to wait so long but I have yet to see this refund. If I ever receive it I will update this review again and inform everyone. If you are in a hurry to get it sooner than 2 weeks I would find another seller from the one I bought from. ... show more
