These two belts are made of a great looking and heavy leather and I love the ratchet method of securing them. The ratcheting allows you to get the exact size for your waist, as opposed to conventional belts that have holes spaced an inch or more apart. The ratchet mechanism is easy to tighten, holds securely, and is easy to release with the little hidden lever. For the money you would be hard pressed to find better value than these belts. I think they are great.

I'll try to make this short. I am a bigger guy but I also need a sturdier belt for reasons of a 2nd sort of nature ;^) and these are comfortable, easy to adjust, and and sturdy enough in my opinion for EDC use. My only concern is after some wear the buckle feels a little wiggly so I would recommend making it an inch or two longer in case you need to trim to compensate for wear. I may try notching the spot where the buckle teeth stab in to see if that helps. I would recommend for anyone who gets annoyed by the a little loose or a little tight decision when wearing a belt that that is off just a bit.

These valves are super comfortable and convenient. I love that they come in brown and black colors. These are way more convenient than your traditional belt buckles I would highly recommend.

So now I ordered 2 more for my brother too - for Christmas - I know, I shop early. I know he will love them too. Nice quality belts, they also look really cool.
