I am very happy with this unit. I was looking for a Bluetooth and aesthetic upgrade to the factory radio on an older 18’ Tracker Party Barge. Once paired initially, my phone connects automatically every time, as one would expect. Operating the unit couldn't be simpler. We have a 60hp motor and we cruise around at low rpm most of the time. If you’re looking for a unit that will crank at full throttle, you’ll want to keep looking. Also, at least on my boat which is about 10 years old, so the wire harnesses were not compatible and the colors on the Boss unit and the colors on the Tracker didn’t match. So I needed to cut, twist old school, with all-weather wiring caps. If this is you, take pictures of the old wiring before you start cutting so you know what color original wire matches the Boss wires. ... show more

Installed them and gave it a test run on my 17' Whaler Center Console yesterday. I am very impressed with the sound quality from these speakers, as well as the clarity even at high volume. I definitely got more than I was expecting. The receiver is great as well. The equalizer has many settings that produce great distinct sound quality. The xtra bass setting is for real. The speakers thump way more than I expected on this setting! This is a great purchase based on the price and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a small (but very effective) compact bluetooth receiver. ... show more

Nice package unit for the money. Round form factor fit nicely into an unused gauge slot in my dash. Installs easily. Sounds great for a unit in this price range. Good volume and sound is nicely customizable. Radio receives well. Have recommended this unit to friends. Only negative comment would be that the display doesn't identify the song playing when you play MP3's off of a USB flash drive.. just file sequence number. I wanted to add good sound to my bay boat without spending $500. I installed this unit (with 2 speakers included) nd added 2 more 4" Kicker speakers on the dash pointing back at me as I drive. With the two smaller speakers facing me, I can hear the music fine while running. I could not hear the music well while running with just the 2 speakers on the sides of my center console. Bluetooth works great off my phone and radio station reception is fine for local stations with just the antenna included with the unit. Yes, the display fogs a bit but dries with time. The media could not be loaded. So far it’s nothing but awesome. I installed it on my 2019 Tracker Grizzly. Great sound. Wasn’t very easy to install, but that was because of the foam (nothing to do with the actual product) the actual unit was easy to install and wire. It is more than loud enough with two speakers. I was gonna do 4 speakers, but don’t see the need. I can go down the lake a full throttle and hear it perfectly fine. For the price you can’t beat it! ... show more

Easy to install, easy to setup and easily starts playing. Easy to swap from radio to bluetooth. Sound is decent for price, but only negative so far is that after one wash of my boat with unit installed, screen has water in display. Condensation maybe. Not happy with that but overall the price is great for what you get. If this one fails I would give it one more shot with a new one, but I am going to silicone or superglue all of the edges of my next one. ... show more
