I cannot connect it to my phone. I tried everything, restart, uninstall, reinstall, everything internet suggested. Still cannot connect. Shouldn't be this complicated to connect to a bluetooth speaker. A little disappointed with the Bose experience.

I can't believe the sound quality with the speaker. The Bose app makes it even better. Carrying case is perfect for keeping my speaker protected during travel and while storing. Great lightweight speaker that's portable, and has great sound. The color is perfect. My only suggestion would be that the buttons would be a bit more visible especially for aging eyes. It seems very well made and connects easily to any of my phones or laptop. I've used it almost a week now and barely lost 50% of the battery. That's a big plus for me. Small enough to fit in a drawer, portable, what's up great sound, looks great, and it is great for phone calls as well. All in one, at a affordable price! ... show more

I bought this to replace a Bose Soundlink Mini II. I received it today. Compared to the mini, the low end is poor. There is more treble emphasis on the flex, but drums sounds have no ooomph. The flex seems to be the replacement/upgrade to the Soundlink mini, but fails in that regard. My rating is based on a comparison of the two units only. I’m sure the flex is a good Bluetooth speaker, but I expected equal or better low end. You’ll be looking for corners to place the speaker in order get more bass. ... show more
