I could not wait for Brand New Bose, so I went with these right quick. I started having issues with battery life. 3 months in they no longer charged to 100%,the best I could obtain was 90% after extensive time on the charger (overnight). Then month 4 - cracking started in the left ear during my flight. By the time I got off the flight, the left side is completely dead. The "90%" charge lasts about 20 minutes. "You get what you pay for", but seriously, I still paid nearly $200 for 3 months of working headphones. Bad products! ... show more

Bought these renewed and as stated in the listing it didn't come with a charging cord but it's a standard USB C, so no biggie. They fit well, are adjustable to different size heads, sound beautiful and will work well to drown out noise while mowing. Not really suitable for exercise as they're more for quality of sound but you could if you didn't care about sweat on the leather sticking to your face and ears. It took me a minute to connect them as they were being finicky about connecting to my S25 ultra, but finally after toggling the connection on and off multiple times it registered and I was able to connect. ... show more

The Bose QC is an amazing pair of headphones; they sound good, look good, and the battery life is outstanding. I used these for about two weeks before prime day, and after having the Sony XM4’s for over a year, I can confidently say the XM4’s are better. Let’s break it down. Sound quality: These sound amazing. When I first got them, I didn’t really understand the sound profile; it wasn’t my cup of tea. However, after some EQ adjusting in the Bose app, I made the perfect headset. They sounded perfect. Tbh, Sony and Bose are pretty equal in sound quality, thanks to their highly customizable EQ’s. On sound quality alone, I would probably just get the cheaper one. Comfort: When it comes to comfort, I think Bose has a one up on most brands. I’m a pilot and use a Bose headset for my ears. Bose comfort is really unmatched. That’s not saying the XM4’s are bad, they’re an extremely comfortable headset, and with the WC covers, they’re basically the same. However, on base comfort, I’d choose the QC’s. Noise Cancelling: Hears where the XM4’s take the lead, and to me, is the main dealbreaker. The QC’s NC is just not that good. It’s alright. It cuts out most white noise; was real nice on my flight to Puerto Rico, and that sound quality carried. However, Sony NC is honestly only best by the AirPods Max. In the airport, the QC’s failed to block out the annoying announcement voices that were too loud. I thought I was on transparent mode for how loud it was, surprised to see I was on NC. After an hour of straight yap, and constant trouble shooting trying to understand why there was essentially no NC, I just accepted their position. Bottom line: These aren’t a bad headset. In fact, they’re amazing. They sound great, look sleek, forgot to mention, very travel friendly, but severely lack in the Noise Cancelling department(imho). I would get the XM4’s, which is what I did for prime day after losing mine😂. ... show more

Expensive but sound quality is great. Very comfortable to wear. Connects easily to devices. Has lasting charge. My highschooler likes to take them to school so I made him plaster stickers and make them look old so no one steals them.

The other reviewer's complaints about smoke smell are real. These "renewed" units are clearly processed and stored at some very smelly warehouse. The smell is reminiscent of a smoked-in hotel room. If you just rub against earpads it will linger on your skin. I can live with it so I'll keep these in hopes the smell will partially dissipate with time. If you are sensitive - consider yourself warned. This is worth -1 or even -2 stars for "Amazon Renewed" The headphones themselves are alright, visually they look good, and seem to function ok, although clearly BT was paired with other devices before. Mine came with case, charging cable, and 3.5mm cable. These are great in the noisy/ constant hum environments. App is ok. -1 Star for inability to turn off ANC completely and value. ... show more

Best sound quality I have heard in a while. I have earbuds and not cheap ones but they don’t have the sound quality of the Bose headphones. The headphones seem to let the sound expand more before entering the ear, with fuller and more vibrant sound. Yes earbuds are Easyer to wear but I think the headphones bring out more sounds. ... show more
