When it comes to auto parts, BOSCH has been a name that I trust. Probably because the VW dealership where my first car came from stocked almost exclusively BOSCH parts. A few years ago, I got a used Nissan Versa Note to drive for a few years and then give to my son. I have had to replace the brake pads 2x now, and I don't see any reason to use another brand. The kit comes with everything you need, including brake lubricant, squealer bars, shims, etc. I never put the squealer bars in, but everything else is VERY straightforward. I even taught my son how to do brakes using these pads, and feel like he could (probably) do it again with minimal supervision. These were a great set to learn with and I highly recommend. Pricing is very competitive and with the ease of Prime home delivery, why go to the auto parts store at all anymore?!     • Great brake pads, but took two trys to get a complete set
The brake pads themselves are perfect, however the first set I received only had 3 of the 4 pads, and the second set was missing the brake lube. The box is not sealed at all, so it seems like items are fallout before it even leaves the factory. So my 2 day delivery turned into a week long aggravation of returns and reordering. Luckily my brakes were just low and not metal to metal, or I may have destroyed the rotors while waiting. ... show more
