The light one is great, medium alright, but the firm one is really difficult to get over my knees (as a person on the larger side, approx 250lbs), so it’s a little disappointing. The fabric seems great, and they don’t have any issues with slipping. They seem surprisingly high quality for the price ($13). I like that each one is a different color, so they’re easy to tell apart, but they are also labeled. I think they’d be great for people who aren’t on the larger side, because unfortunately the bands are just difficult to get higher on my legs. They work fine for around the lower legs though, so they’re not unusable, but I can’t use them as well as other people might. Just something to be aware of when looking to order! The little paper that came with them says to replace after 1-2 months if they’re used a lot, so that’s another thing to be aware of. I like that they came with a little mesh storage bag, it’s really convenient.

I've been rehabbing a knee injury for the past few months so I'm no stranger to resisance bands. I'm used to the super stretchy rubber band type of bands (I can do the heavy resistance with no trouble). But these are STRONG! I started out with the medium resistance for my usual round of glute bridges and squats. I could barely move the band! I suspect folks who can use the heavy version of this band can crack a walnut between their thighs! A good product that I will aspire to use!

I received these resistance bands through the Amazon Vine Voice program. These work fine, and are pretty sturdy, and comfortable enough for use plus simple to throw in a gym bag or pack for a trip/travel. I just wish they would have included the range of weight resistance on the actual band plus printed it on the pamphlet insert. They did post it on the Amazon page, but a consumer will best use that information posted or printed on the actual band. The pamphlet insert offers some exercise ideas and of course you can discover more online. Overall, it's a good enough product.

These are a great value for a 3 pack of difference resistances (~$11 for the three pack at time of writing this review). The resistance seems comparable to other brands I've bought. What's nice about these is you don't have to remember the resistance level color scheme, it's printed on the label right on the band. But here's what brought you to my review - I took one for the team and immediately upon receiving tried out on my bare skin, chubby thighs - and surprise, no pinching, exactly as promised! I will update my review if I end up experiencing rolling problems in use, but as you can see in the photos, they didn't fold over or roll in the slightest when pulled taught. There's a lot you can do with these bad boys, and you can also use them to help activate your glutes when doing weightlifting. They can also be a good tool to make sure you knees don't cave when squatting. I won't bore you with the details of exercises you can do with these bands - it comes with a tiny little pamphlet with examples (nice touch, seller!), and there are TONS of videos, blogs, tutorials etc. online you can research to your heart's content (if glutes are your thing, you probably don't need me to name drop Bret Contreras - but if you aren't already familiar, he has a great blog, tons of youtube videos, and also a massive glute focused textbook you could check out, since he's also published research regarding what exercises best activate the glutes).

This is a solid 3-piece set of fabric resistance bands that don't slip during use. A simple mesh bag is included for storage/travel. The three bands span a wide range of resistance - I have yet to work up to the dark grey resistance band, so think this set will be useful for a long time as I use them for daily exercises.
