I changed my rating from 5 to 4 star. I don't use it daily but when I feel the need to relief pain I could be using it more than 1 hr. It has shut off completely and will not turn back on. Not sure if it's meant to do this. I have requested to return it and would like a new one. I was excited and really want to get one for my mom. I used it for 1 hr. I felt the heat real quick. There are 3 different settings. I suggest to put on low until you get comfortable, adjust your body till you can relax. My neck and back are my problem areas and I was soar the next day, which is normal for me with all massages. It’s not too loud. It'll run for 15 min then you'll have to power back on. The massage balls are strong but gentle. I can definitely feel relief. Small but big enough to massage my neck and shoulders. I love it So I've had this now for about 3 weeks and used it about 4 times. Yesterday it stopped working. The heat continued but three balls stopped rolling. I returned it and am awaiting the replacement. I will update on the next one. So the company responded quickly and sent me a replacement. The new one is working fine. The vibration is so weak that I can barely feel it, even on the highest setting. The heat function is either too hot or not hot enough, and it turns off randomly mid-use. The device is also uncomfortable to wear for more than a few minutes; the plastic edges dig into my skin, leaving me sore. I’ve tried using it multiple times, but it’s never helped my neck pain. I bought in January of 2025 and right before Christmas it is dying (it’s making loud noises under one of the massage heads). I have loved this thing and put it through its paces.
