This pacifier by Boon is a phenomenal pacifier. I discovered this brand Boon after purchasing their drying rack for our counter (see my review of this item below, another item from this brand I recommend). Last great thing is the ring, it's super large, and is easy to pull out of little people mouths.     • The best pacifier we've ever had

These are the best pacifier either of my kids have ever used. When our second was born he refused any pacifier we tried, so in desperation I went online searching for pacifiers for picky babies. When this one popped up I thought it was strange looking, nonetheless the price was right. My child immediately took to these pacifiers and will ONLY use these. We have had them in all sizes and they are extremely durable, easy to clean and my child has an easy time keeping these in his mouth. I wish we'd known about these when we had our first child a few years ago! When she was born we tried various avent and tommee tippee styles but they couldn't hold up to her chewing, whereas these have held up wonderfully and show no signs of wear even though our son has four teeth and chews the pacifier almost constantly. ... show more

These pacifiers are the BEST. My son was very picky about pacifiers and we’ve gone through a lot. These are the first my son was able to keep in his mouth! All others would pop out almost immediately. We tried several different brands and this has been by far his favorite—we’re now up to 6. Other pros: they are also easy to clean, one piece (minimized choking hazard), 100% silicone, are excellently shaped for my son to grab by himself, attach easily to popular pacifier straps/companions, and the colors are gorgeous. I don’t see any cons! My only ”complaint“ is that I’d love to see more colors to add to our growing collection. ... show more

Once my son outgrew his newborn Nuk pacifier, when we tried the next stage, he was NOT into it. We tried several different pacifiers that didn't work (even those cute/trendy natural rubber ones that come in all of the adorable colors, much to my own dismay...) until we found these, and he LOVED them. He's been using them and growing into the next stage since he was 3 months old (he's now 16 months), and we've been really happy with them. They're incredibly durable and easy to clean (although the material does kind of tend to get fuzzy from clothes sometimes) and he's used them as a teether (he actually prefers this to any other teether). I've read a couple reviews mentioning cracking over time, and we did have one that I found hairline cracks in and then we immediately tossed... but that was after 8+ months of use and regular sterilization via hot water and dishwashers. You're actually supposed to regularly inspect ANY pacifiers for this exact reason (they break down with use over time). I actually prefer these because my son is so hard on his pacifiers (with chewing) and these are one solid piece of silicone, versus 2 separate materials. He even uses the sides of the pacifier and handle to chew on as well. I just wish they came in more colors, but overall they're a great pacifier. ... show more

At first, my baby didn't like it. I think it was too large for his mouth, plus it has thia angular shape that may have made it awkward at first. After his growth spurt, I decided to give it another shot. He didn't spit it back out or seem to complain about it. I have about four different pacifiers now and my kid is 6mo old. I bought this for the orthopedic reasons... well mainly 'cause my in-laws pressed for it. I just googled best ortho-paci and this came up. I really like that it is one continuous object. No holes, nooks, or crannies for nastiness to build up and hide, unlike the Nuk, which I was disappointed to find was the case for -especially since this was the in-law recommendation- I Would probably buy again if I ended up losing these just because of that quality alone. My other none ortho-paci is like that and my kid loves that one... my husband just made me phase it out cause it's not the orthopedic recommended. ... show more

    • Weird nipple, my 6 month old who already used MAM exclusively would not accept

These are definitely durable. My son has used MAM since birth. He hated these pacifiers. Maybe if he never used another pacifier, these would be good. I bought them because they are supposed to keep babies airways open while sleeping after my son had a BRUE (brief resolved unexplained event) where he stopped breathing in his sleep and was at Yale for 4 days being monitored, scariest thing in my life. So I bought these after that. But my son already loved his MAM and would not accept these. They have a weird shape and nipple, I can’t really imagine my baby ever liking these. But they are definitely cute ... show more
