- TROUBLESHOOTING: What to do if the doors stay locked? If the doors stay locked, the switch on the back of the magnetic lock needs to be flicked upwards to then allow the door to be open. A diagram is available on page 4 of the instruction manual. Repeat step 7: On the magnetic lock, push the catch upwards to activate it. It will click into place and become loose once properly pushed, enabling the door to open.

Work great. Easy to install, they come with a little installation tool to make sure everything gets lined up correctly. Very easy to use. Very good quality. Seems to be durable. The sticky pads seem to work very well so the optional screws don’t seem like they are needed even with cabinets that don’t have a lot of area for them to hold onto. They don’t look to bad when the cabinets are open. Great value for the money. Very happy with my purchase.

I installed this product exactly as instructed, and within minutes I realized it was defective. I didn’t even get a chance to use it because the locking mechanism wasn’t working at all. The lock wouldn’t engage properly, making the product completely useless as a child safety device. It’s very disappointing to receive a product that fails immediately after installation. I expected a reliable and durable safety lock, but this one did not meet even the most basic expectations. I would not recommend this product.

Works as advertised. Great for keeping the kids out of the cabinets. Having to grab the magnet every time to unlock them is inconvenient at times but I’ve developed habits to open up what I need when unloading the dishwasher. Pretty easy to install and haven’t had one break.

Not for all cabinets. Doesn't work on ours but our house came with cabinets someone build so thin and nowhere really to put the pieces. Also noticed not very sticky and if your baby pulls can get the door open. Love the fact they unlock with the key.

Absolutely useless no matter how or where I installed it the magnetic key would not unlock it and if you pulled hard enough the whole thing would come undone…waste of time and money

I loved the idea of these but I’m not sure if it was my cupboards or a user error they wouldn’t attach to my cupboard doors. I bought these to keep a cat out from my kitchen cupboards and still haven’t successfully gotten them on.

These child locks work very well. We had to use them to keep our cats out of the cupboard and it has done the trick. The magnet works well and the installation was very easy. The locks have held on well so far and have not fallen off. Once our baby is active, we know she won’t be able to get into the cabinets.
