what the shake provides is good but I personally didn't like the flavor and I didn't feel like it did very much for me in the aspect of helping my milk production. for me it didnt do as well as I had hoped for.

Smooth and sweet tasting powder mix. The texture can be a bit gritty but I usually add more almond milk and it usually does the trick for the grit.

Eh, don’t do it. I drank 2 a day trying to up my supply that was dwindling. It did not help. I tried many methods and could never get it smooth or hide the taste. I threw a lot of them away. Didn’t even offer them to pregnant friends. From my experience I would suggest making Boobie Protein Balls. Oats, Peanut butter, chocolate chips, milled flax seed, protein powder etc. I found recipes on TikTok and Pinterest. They were cleaner ingredients and you can make them any size. I melted the peanut butter and mixed it with the chocolate chips. Then mixed it all together. It was a delicious treat I could just grab out of the fridge. I made them “poppable” sizes no multiple bites.. no hands for that lol - also, they are good for 1 month sealed tightly in the fridge. These tasted like a treat not a chore. I have no idea how many I would eat in a day.. but that and coconut water (it’s gross but it helped) once a day helped my supply! *coconut water.. 16oz in the AM, as cold as you can get it without freezing it. *was pumping 6oz, started to drop got to 2oz.. after this I was back to 3 & 4oz. Which made me feel like it was worth it to continue. I’m now done pumping but wanted to share! Good luck girlies!!! 💕 Remember, no matter your BF/Pumping journey…you, your brain and your body are amazing!! 💕

The vanilla Chai flavor tastes pretty good, but the powder doesn't dissolve very well. Even with 12 oz almond milk (package says use 8oz) and vigorous shaking in a blender bottle, there's still quite a large chunk stuck in the bottom. Otherwise it's good. I also tried it mixed with coffee which tasted very good like a latte. I haven't noticed any increase in milk supply though. I bought these in hopes if bringing my "just enough" production up. The sample box is only 10 packets though, so maybe it's supposed to take longer than 10 days to see a difference? Overall I think it tastes good and keeps you full for a while but it's kind of expensive for what it is. Can get a large jar of protein shake from Costco foe the same price as these 10 packets.

I use this after a workout as a meal replacement and it works. I don't eat until dinner time or even late at night. I also mix it with their pumpkin boost or peanut butter powder. 100% recommend. Worth my money.
