I know it is hard to photograph an item strictly represented by color. All make-up is regarded primarily by it's color. Same as paint color chips. That said this shade of green is more a "forest green" less an "emerald green". I paint, make jewelry therefore I know colors and shades. It's nice eyeliner I do like the consistency and it goes on smooth. I have green eyes and the best colors are green and plum. Plum is almost a direct opposite of green. Plum is really subjective it is a red purple not a blue purple. It is a nice liner and I will use it often. Shipping was timely thanks for that. ... show more

I can't figure out how to swivel it to use. I had to get a paper clip to push it up from the bottom. Also doesn't put much color on with first swipe. I won't buy again
