I’m screening for bonsai soil, using sharp lava rock and soft akadama and it has held up like it’s still brand new after processing 25 gallons worth of soils. The wires making the screen section are thick enough that they don’t bend or break and have held their accurate size. I love having the more steps versus just a few as I have Shonin and large bonsai so I can easily make my soil mixes with none of the garbage in it. Very happy with my purchase.

This is a wonderful set of soil sifters, just the right size for pot and container gardening, stainless steel, and comfortable to use. I've been gardening since I was in my teens (I'm now 70 years old) and I wish I had discovered these before!

Purchased 2 of these for $48.99/each. The quality of the steel and the longevity are fantastic. It's been 6 months and still no changes, deformations, or rust with heavy use sifting compost and not cleaning up when I'm done. Both the sifter holder and the individual screens fit snug and have very nice construction. My one gripe is the weight. It's made of quality materials but it comes with a cost. Hours of sifting does take a toll on your wrists. I also purchased the Wakazura sifter and the ToolUSA sifter. This one surpasses both in quality. The Wakazura sifter is less expensive and lighter and the screens have held up for 2 years now, but it definitely shows wear. I don't recommend purchasing the ToolUSA sifter mostly because of loose fitting screens that break and the screens not fitting in the sifter holder tight. I can honestly say I love looking at these sifters, but because of they're heavy, my cheaper Wakazura sifters get more mileage from me.

I used the sifter set to salvage pumice from my soil and it works great. I love the different size options and it’s easy to snap into place. I did notice some rust after the first use and customer service was quick to resolve it.

It sifts potting soil which is what I needed to make some soil blocks. But ridiculously overpriced. I paid $50 for this set. I would set its value at half of that. I probably should have just made my own sifter with some hardware cloth and scrap wood.
