Came extremely fast, two days after ordering it . It came in good condition with all pieces . It was easy to build . We cut a hole in the roof for more ventilation and put black wallpaper. The door seems a little flimsy . But I like that it can be opened from either side and the door can be removed. So far soo good . It’s plastic but it’s thick . Perfect for smaller dogs . i used to have the standard metal dog crate until one day i came home from work and i was greeted at the door by my dog. first thought was i forgot to crate him then i realized he was flipping the latch up and getting out. i needed a crate that had more secure latches that he couldn’t figure out how to open. i came across this crate/house and fell in love with how cute it was. the assembly was easy and my dog has not escaped once. my dog does have separation anxiety (dachshund) and i think with there being little to no outside visibility it helps him stay calm. it’s been a year and the crate is still brand new ... show more

Difficulties in putting together. Maybe 2 1/2 hours. Some holes don’t match.. typical. Directions not clear..typical Sturdy..yes We will see if my 14 year old dog Escapes this. easy to install and my dog loves it, very strong because he tore up his last cage and has yet to destroy this one. Worth the money for sure. I added a bed for comfortability, but it keeps the elements out. size is great for a medium size dog.
