Bought this safe expecting that my goods would be safe and secure from others... especially from children in the home. My wife and my own prints were the only prints programmed into the reader, yet my 9yr old and 4yr old were able to access the safe by using their prints on the reader. This is a defective safe with potentially deadly consequences. I would steer clear from this company and particular type of safe. Buy once, cry once ..but be assured that your valuables are protected and safe from unauthorized hands! We are going to find the company located in the U.S. and are going to seek out a remedy to rectify this issue that COULD'VE had a potential deadly outcome.

2021-03-11 It looks like an adequate gun safe, but it arrived broken! The 3 bolts in the door are clearly out of alignment, so the door won't close, the door handle and key lock won't turn either. The interior packing for the safe was fine, but the box itself was badly damaged on arrival. I've sent an email via Amazon and one directly to the manufacturer via the email address provided in the instructions that came with the safe. I requested a replacement. If there is a way to repair the door and I feel comfortable it's a long term solution, I'm okay with that. If Bonnlo's Customer service resolves this, I will change to a better rating. Damage in shipping isn't necessarily Bonnlo's fault, but how they handle this situation is entirely on them. 2021-03-12 - Bonnlo responded to the Amazon email (@3am!), but not the email sent to the customer support address. Asked me for pictures, which I sent. 2021-03-13 - Bonnlo asked me to attempt repair (again very early in the AM), if I was comfortable doing so, but offered to start a return process if not. I was able to make the repair. The problem was entirely with the door and the bolt mechanism...both were bent/misaligned. I think this is a decent gun safe for a good price! While some of the problems I had may have occurred when the box was dropped (repeatedly?), I think Bonnlo needs to improve their quality control. Clearly, not everyone has had the problems I experienced. And after making repairs, I don't see how all this can be blamed on a dropped box. There was no damage to the exterior. All the problems were with the door/bolt mechanism. Customer Support was great and very responsive, given that they are on the other side of the world. I really appreciate that they gave me the option of return or repair. All the electronics work and I really like the magnetic, motion sensing light! That was a nice touch. My S&W 357 Magnum fits in the lockable upper cabinet and I have room to spare in the lower cabinet after putting in my two rifles. There are 5 foam rifle holders. Unscoped, you might get 5. Otherwise, 3 or 4 is probably all that will fit. There are pre-drilled holes in the safe in order to anchor the safe to a wall and/or the floor. The door is pretty heavy, so it does present a tipping hazard when the door is open. It needs to be attached to something. Anchor bolts were included for this purpose. I am happy with the gun safe and feel like it's a great deal for the price!

Personal pin code setup was frustrating because the directions did mention to put in the factory code open the door and lock it(without closing the door)then your personal code. 4 digits is all it seems to accept. Other than that, it's worth the buy if you don't need a heavy safe thats fire proof and expensive. It does what it needs to.

I was skeptical buying this safe after the mixed reviews. I had a great experience. The packaging was top notch, with thick foam all around and no problems with shipping. The safe itself is perfect for the price. It is not cheap and feels very durable. The front door is heavy and can tilt, but the safe is made to be bolted to the ground or to the wall. I bolted mine to the wall studs and that sucker is not going anywhere. I was very surprised at the quality of the safe for the price I paid. if you are looking for a rifle safe with an extra indoor safe on the top and you're on a budget, well this is for you. You can easily fit about 4-5 shotguns. Or 3-5 if you have a mixture or rifles with scopes. Anything with a scope will have to be turned sideways a little, but it's not that bad. The key pad and scanner all worked/work great. No problems setting it up and worked on the first try. No delay really at all.

Liked it for the fact it does have the fingerprint biometric lock. Which is very easy to setup. Plus it has 4 more additional keys open the gun safe manually. Do recommend 4 (four) rechargeable AA lithium batteries. To lower its operational costs and improve overall reliability. As for the price point, it's fair. The sheetmetal thickness is not as stout against determined thieves. Not recommended for longterm unintended storage. Nor it is fireproof either. Basically it is only to be used for secured storage when the gun owner is at home. Which insures quick access to their small arms whenever needed.

Safe came in with a small dent on the top and a little scuff on the keypad. I was okay with it. No big deal. Followed instructions which are very simple and straight forward. Set up biometrics and pin # with no issues. BOOOM. Safe would not open without the key. Would just not unlock unless you used key. After a week of going back and forth with the seller I had to removed the inside door panel to find the wire that was not plugged into the door. Plugged the wire in and then safe starts working as described. I'm fairly certain this company is over seas because they only respond at 230am or sometime very inconvenient. It makes for long wait times between communication. Took way too long but I finally have an operational gun safe. Looks to be as expected. Would have rated higher without the back and forth or if my safe had worked as advertised. Purchased this safe largely based on the good reviews.

The media could not be loaded. The finger print only works when it wants Iโm still locked out and when delivered it was bent in the corner and I couldnโt open it without it screeching because itโs bent.

The media could not be loaded. I like the safe, I was nervous once the box came because there was a lot of damage to the box but I was relived that the safe had no damage. The safe sets up easily and the shipping was faster than expected which is always a plus.
