  • Great bearings to replace Pelican Case Wheels
Color: Black
These bearings are great!! I use them to replace the wheels on my Pelican 1615 case. They are a much better option than the factory wheels that come with the Pelican case, they are sooo much more quite also. I can barely hear them roll. The bearings have survived much longer than even the wheels. My case runs about 70 lbs and is used weekly they get slot of miles. The bearings were very easy to install on the wheels and the tolerances are very tight. They function so well it takes a quarter of the effort to pull the case. They also help make pulling smooth when the ground gets rough. If you plant on using them on your Pelican case you have to buy 59mm roller blade wheels, 6mm roller blade spacer axel and M6 6.4mm ID 12mm OD 1.6 thick washers. It helps to super glue 2 washers together to be able to install them easier. When you punch the solid axel out of the factory wheel holder tap the axel out a little and if you don't see knurling on the shaft go the other way, you don't want to push the knurling through the whole piece. ... show more

  • Great bearings for a great price!
Color: Black
Received these in a fast, timely manner—great delivery! They were super easy to install on my son’s new hockey skates, and you could immediately feel the difference. The speed and smoothness were dramatically improved. Highly recommend these whether you’re skateboarding, rollerblading, or using them for hockey skates. For the price, you really can’t go wrong. You won’t be disappointed! ... show more

  • Good Bearings, Good Price
Color: Black
I just started skateboarding recently, and after shopping around for bearings I was told that Bones was the way to go. Being on a budget I bought the cheapest bearings from Bones (these) to use in my skateboard. I must say, then work well, nothing absolutely phenomenal, but for the price, they are great. The bearings also seem durable against lateral shock (I don't do any tricks so I can't say anything about vertical shock). For example: when I was putting in these bearings I had troubled getting them in because I had bought wider wheels. I tried all sorts of techniques and accidentally bent the shields on three of my bearings. My initial reaction was "I have to replace these," but lo and behold, I popped out the shields, flattened them, popped them back in, and the bearings worked good as new. I was honestly expecting the bearings to be shot but I was surprised. I'll be honest, these bearings aren't amazing, then certainly have plenty of friction (not a lot, but perhaps a little too much). However, for the price these bearings are a really good deal. However if you want quality over price, then definitely go for the Bones Swiss. These bearings are great for entry, casual, or budget skateboarders. Or anyone who needs bearings for that matter. ... show more

  • Absolutely amazing bearings! DO NOT CLEAN WITHOUT COMPLETE KNOWLEDGE OF HOW TO DO SO
Color: Black
These bearings are amazing! PROS: Extremely smooth ride Quiet Fairly fast. Not as good as Bones Swiss or Ceramic, but these are better than a lot of bearings out there. Cheap CONS: Get dirty fairly easily That brings me to the most important part of this review: Cleaning I cleaned my bearings because they became dirty after much use. I used 70% Alcohol to soak them in, and then dried them using a hair dryer. I then re-lubed with Bones Speed Cream (another product I highly recommend buying). Anticipation of my renewed speed coursing through me, I stepped onto my board. I pushed and...not only did I not notice a speed increase, I noticed a slight speed decrease. Also, the bearings began to make a slight grinding sound. Tiring after a few days of this, I attempted to clean my bearings yet again (I know, really smart right?). However, upon re-installment into my board I realized that the grinding noise had in fact gotten louder. The moral of my story: DO NOT attempt to clean or re-lube these bearings in any way without being completely and utterly sure of what you are doing. Not having this knowledge ruined my first set of these bearings. However, I am buying a new set, so again I would say these are amazing bearings! ... show more

  • Great bearings!
Color: Black
I'm a relatively new skater at the time of this review I've only been skating for about a month. At the moment I'm using a cheap walmart cruiser but will have a stereo vinyl within the next month anyway, I replaced the stock bearings on the board and saw instant results. The stock bearings were ABEC-5s which were metal therefore unable to be cleaned and within 2 weeks were looking like crap. I've always seen people mentioning using these bearings and they're right! These bearing even for the cheap price really bring out the life in a board even if it's cheap. These bearings roll smoother, faster, and much longer than the stock ABEC-5s. I haven't broken them in yet and they still roll pretty quickly so if they are good out of the package I can only imagine how much better they can get since they'll get better than they are now. If you're looking for new bearings but want to work your way up and not spend a a lot of money these bearings are the way to go. Oh and order them from amazon.com themselves if you can. I got them in the most timely fashion I've ever had ordering from Amazon. There was no window of when it should arrive just a date that it will arrive by. Thanks again for these great bearings! ... show more

  • Excellent bearings for bass drum pedals
Color: Black
I needed to replace bearings in my Iron Cobra Bass drum pedals. I remember using these bearings from skateboarding so I bought a set for my pedals. It’s almost night and day from the bearings Tama put in their Iron cobras to these Redz. Plus, unlike what Tama used, I can and still know how to service these bearings. ... show more
