This is a small mini safe with an electronic combination lock and a key lock. It is also equipped with fixing screw holes, which can be well fixed in a hidden place. Not going to lie, setting this up was not straightforward to me. If anyone is struggling with setting up the code, realize that you have to press # (your code) # to set the password. Basically you have to press # before AND after you enter your code. Once I made that realization, it's been working just fine! I like that there's a small interior light in case it's a little dark in the room. I was able to fit all of my valuables in there from a handgun to paperwork, spare keys, etc. Great value for the space! ... show more

DO NOT BUY unless you want to exclusively use a key. There is NO fingerprint scan like it states. The "fingerprint" design is using the the numbered keypad for a pin. False advertising. THEN setting the pin is literally impossible. Instruction booklet is a joke. I tried every option others have tried and claimed to work. The one I received doesn't even have small red, green, and yellow indicator lights like the booklet states. Then I received a small box that holds 4 more batteries with a plug end those goes into the front of the safe. Wtf is it for???? Nothing in the instructions even mentions this. Not even the description here shows and mentions what it is for. I have emailed the company 3 times since yesterday morning. I have not heard back yet answering my questions and helping with setup. I am so frustrated and I regret choosing this safe because it had a coupon. DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU WANT TO STRICTLY USE THE KEY! Oh and that key feels like plastic painted like metal, and could easily break. I have had trouble a couple times with the key sticking already. I don't trust it whatsoever. Small but has plenty of room for what I have in mine. The lighter runs on the inside is a nice touch and having the key and backup power bank is a nice bonus!

Very cheap material. Key cover where the key is supposed to go broke during transit. If a hammer was token to it I’m sure anyone could break into it due to the cheap quality of it. It’s ok to hold small things but I wouldn’t put anything valuable in it

Instructions are wrong and had me upset enough to take 2 ☆☆ away. You push the settings button then # code then pound again, then repeat all with door open. To unlock using code you press star* button, code, then pound to unlock. I haven't tried the battery pack. Quality fits price and probably only fire resistant and if fire put out in 30 minutes you might be good. I put 2 magnets under bottom back so mine dont tip over when door open. Mine sitting on metal though. Best to secure it to floor or wall so it doesn't tip over when door open. ... show more
