I was having well over 20 a day with each one feeling like I was on fire. I was constantly tethered to fans, taking multiple showers just to survive the day, and I couldn’t even snuggle with my family (not even the dog!). HRT wasn’t an option for me because of my family history, and I couldn’t take other medications prescribed for hot flashes, so I felt completely stuck. Then, on an especially brutal day, I stumbled across this supplement on a whim. I was skeptical because it said it might take 30 days to work and I needed relief immediately. To my amazement, within just a few days, the frequency of my hot flashes started to drop, and the intensity began to fade. By the end of the first week, I had ZERO hot flashes. This is truly an incredible supplement! I honestly can’t recommend it enough! It is pricy, but freedom from hot flashes is priceless

I absolutely love it. I was on gabapentin and I wanted to stop using it because it causes dementia. I have not had a hot flash since I started taking this amazing hot flash medicine! I would surely suggest it to any woman having hot flashes from going through menopause!

So far I've been taking these twice a day for 2 months now and I can say they have cut my hot flashes at night only, by half and how long they last. But not much changed in the daytime. I still get them frequently in the afternoon. So I guess it does help you sleep. I will continue using them until they don't work anymore.

I have suffered hot flashes amd night sweats for almost 20 years. They varied in intensity and frequency but they interfered in my life (and sleep!!!) in a big way. I tried just about every option I could find but nothing worked. Then I read about Thermella. I gave it a full 3 months to see changes and I'm so glad I did! I may have one or two a day/night however, most days I don't have any at all! I cannot say enough about this product!! I don't ever want to be without it because not sweating through my clothes and sleeping through the night is worth every penny!!

came to Thermella hopeful. Night sweats were disrupting my sleep regularly, and the clinical testing and hormone-free formula made it worth a try. After a few weeks, I did notice something — my symptoms felt slightly less intense overall, and on some nights my sleep wasn’t quite as disrupted as before. So it’s not doing nothing. But “slightly less” isn’t what I was looking for. I was hoping for meaningful relief, and that hasn’t materialized. The night sweats are still showing up — just occasionally quieter. For some people that incremental improvement might feel worthwhile, but for the cost involved, I needed more. On the positive side, the tablets are easy to take, I had no stomach upset or aftertaste, and I didn’t notice any negative side effects at all. The product itself seems well-made and clean. That said, the monthly cost is hard to swallow when the results are this subtle. Without a more significant improvement, I can’t see myself reordering and committing to ongoing use at that price point. If you’re sensitive to supplements or just looking for something gentle to take the edge off, it may be worth a try. Just go in with tempered expectations — this one works modestly for some, and not enough for others.

So far, so good. I have sheet-drenching night sweats that wake me up twice a night. And even a slight improvement, is an improvement! Sleeping through the night doesnt happen when my night sweats flare up, which is just before my period. So having something even remotely effective, is crucial. Im not overly fond of the high price tag, but money is well spent when you get what youre looking for!
