What can I say about Boka toothpaste? Ohhh, it's some pretty good stuff. I had been wanting to get off fluoride toothpaste for a long time and my dental hygienist suggested this brand and one other. I tried samples for both and settled on the Boka. Then I tried this whitening one for sensitive teeth and it has been a game changer for me. I like it a lot. It's a nice toothpaste, runnier than what you see normally but still stays on your toothbrush just fine. It's more of a baking soda kind of texture with a minty flavor but foams up nicely while you are brushing. I have noticed over several weeks of use my teeth are whiter. I'm in my 70s and still have all my own teeth. So far all my check ups (and I got every 6 months) my dentist and hygienist say my teeth are doing great and the nanoparticle technology that pushes nanobits of calcium into the cracks and fissures in the enamel and seals the teeth is working just fine. I have had no cavities and I'm in my second year of use. I have noticed too my teeth are not as sensitive to cold as they used to be. I had stopped eating anything cold like ice cream or popsicles because my teeth would hurt. No more. The dentist said he could tell the difference in my teeth after the first six months check up after starting to use the toothpaste.

I have bought this in the past and I absolutely love it. The texture is light and a bit thinner than other toothpastes, but I love that it leaves your mouth looking and feeling clean. Honestly, the flavor is really subtle. It’s not overpowering mint or anything. The cap fits perfectly, but if you have small kids remember to keep it out of reach since the cap shape makes it really easy to take off. It doesn’t have any fluoride which is good, and it comes out in small amounts since the texture doesn’t stick to itself too much like other toothpastes. I think it’s a good value for the money considering the ingredients and the size of the bottle, though it is smaller than others. I love it and will be purchasing again.
