If you have flat fleet and you're not use to standing for long hours then this is exactly what you need. Instant relief and works great! it's a nice ointment to have while you are massaging and applying it on your foot. 3 times a day as instructed. However, upon delivery it did come pretty beat up and damaged due to handling.
