Absolutely adorable and very soft but if you have dogs and you need to vacuum once a week this rug gets sucked up very easily with my shark vacuum since it’s so light weight. Even off of the “rug” setting. Guess I’ll have to use a rubber brush for the hair.

The feel of the material is mesmerizing. I love being able to walk barefoot in my house and feel this cashmere type of material ticket the bottom of my feet. I have several animals in the house and often the Yorkie likes to mark. This carpet does not seem to absorb liquid. So if you get it quick enough, you don't have to worry about it smelling up. They don't quite fit in the washer, but lets hope I don't have to wash it. ... show more

The color and style matches her room great and it makes a soft area to step on instead of hardwood floors when you wake up in the morning. This is the easiest carpet to clean! I bought this rug to help protect my hardwoods, knowing it would probably be a throw away in 6 months or so. My messy toddler spilled everything on this rug, kool aid, chocolate milk, play doh. I threw it in the washer with my regular detergent and dried on low and it came out spotless! It is thick enough to be comfortable and the dogs love it as well but thin enough that it is easily washed and it holds up to washing without fading or unraveling. Things my wife likes about this floor runner are: 1. The texture is velvety soft 2. The colors are muted and will fit with different decors 3. The backing is rubberized and non-slip 4. The runner can be washed in the washing machine. This 2 x 6 hall runner will fit perfectly in our small hallway outside the laundry. We have laminated wood floors so this won't slip like the rug we had previously.
