Great rug but doesn’t have any nonslip backing. So being an elder person i would need to get the nonslip backing thing for it and I didn’t notice the tassels on it either and they are hard on my old feet. But very nice quality rug.

This little rug is attractive. I do not think I would use it in a bathroom though. But it is a cute accent rug.

One of my 3 dogs has megaesophagus, so is constantly regurgitating at night when I can't watch her to bring her outside. Because of this, I need lots of coverage for my wooden floors that are washable. There is no backing to keep this from sliding around, so I need to use it with anti-slip rug materials (tape or rug mats)...but it's a lifesaver to have something easy to wash. I bought a anti-slip rug which is advertised as machine washable...but the 4x6 size and thickness prevents me from fitting it in my washing machine. This one, however, is like a quilt in thickness...which i love. It also prevents the regurgitation from hitting my floors. I have a couple of these, and am constantly washing them (about every other day on average), and so far they have held up splendidly. I wish there were non-white colors, so my pup's stains would be easier to hide. I sometimes have to wash them twice in a row with oxy to get them white again.

I noticed the first time I put this rug down, it was immediately dirty. I keep my floors pretty clean. I run my robot vacuum every single day and sweep and mop the kitchen at least 3 times daily because of our four kiddos. But this darn thing grabs any speck of dirt and hair possible and constantly looks dirty. It is easy however to toss it into my washing machine and air dry, but the second I put it back down on the floor it looks dirty again. It really is a shame because I love the look of this rug, but it’s impossible to keep clean, it’s now in my laundry room because no one goes in there but me lol. I would avoid the black one if dirt stressed you out like it does me! I’m thinking maybe a lighter colored version wouldn’t show so much dirt?
