Got this for my daughters room. I got the dark gray and it looks exactly as pictured. I was concerned when it arrived folded into a package that it would be out of shape. But after smoothing it out on the floor all the fold lines went away quickly. It is a soft furry like fabric with what feels like quilting batting layered with a fabric bottom. If you were to wash this I imagine you would have issues with the layers bunching up. I will be putting some tacks in it thru the middle to keep all the layers in place thru washing and drying. The large rug arrived very quickly. I do have a major complaint for such a large rug at this price point….it comes FOLDED!! WTH? A rug this large should be rolled. I have gotten smaller ones off Amazon which came rolled so there is zero excuse. We shall see how long it takes to for the creases to flatten. Now for the actual rug. It is soft and feels good under a bare foot. It comes with the nonslip circles on the underneath which do help. I like it overall and will really love it if the creases go away. If they do not it might go outside or under a couch and coffee table where only a small portion is visible. I might try turning it upside to bend them the other way to atleast help not trip over the elevated part. ... show more

I bought the round version of the aqua rug and am using it in my very small living room for under my coffee table. It works really well for that purpose, but it is far too thin and lightweight to not be secured under the table legs. That being said, this folds up nicely for the washer and comes out looking wonderful! It does not shed at all in the washer or dryer. This is a great little rug for the low price! ... show more

I'm using this in a small round tent for my son! I'm very pleased with the quality and value. Soft. Nice colors. Aesthetically lovely. I chose the round option for my son's room, but I would really use this anywhere. Perfect for any space with this style of decor! Love shaggy rugs!

This is more like a large mat than a rug. It came folded which made creases in the mat which would not stay down. The non-slip feature on the bottom did not keep it from moving around. I was expected a soft, low pile rug, this has no pile at all and isn't soft. The design looked nice online, but in person looked very cheap. I really like the print on this area rug. The main issue that we have with it is that the bottom doesn't have enough weight to keep it in place, it does have little rubberized grips on the bottom but we had to lay it on top of another rug or a pad in order for it to stay put.
