The windows in my living room are wide and I have a sliding door. My unit is in a high-traffic area and other residents can walk by and look inside. I previously purchased these 'faux blinds' for another home and loved the look. The difficulty was finding these wide enough to cover my windows in my new place. The 45" size was perfect and met my needs. The film allows sunlight during the day and works well at night by not allowing anyone to see in when lights are on. These are easy to install. I did this by myself using a wallpaper squeegee and a spray bottle with lots of water and a few drops of dish soap. Most importantly, they look lovely and it's difficult to tell they are not real blinds. Initially, there was a bit of a mixup when I ordered these (twice) as the Amazon description wasn't setup correctly. I'm still waiting for my credit almost 30 days later; however, I'm really happy with how these turned out. Thanks! ... show more

This is a great idea for more privacy. It’s very easy to install. My only complaint is that you can’t get the water bubbles to go away completely. But the film looks like real blinds

It blends in perfectly with the blinds for extra privacy. Very difficult to remove the film backing, it takes forever however I still luv it. I would recommend.

Blinds, and curtains, are sometimes hard to maintain when you have a cat. We live on the second story so I just put these on the bottom half of the window and boom, privacy desired while cat friendly. Super easy to apply as well

Needed something for the bottom sections of my windows. These were easy to install. Can’t see through them at all. But looking at them they look just like blinds. It’s been several weeks now and they have not fallen off or come loose. Very pleased with purchase.
