I wasn't prepared to become a watch tinkerer in the process, but, the tools come with it, and it makes for a unique ability to size this metal band watch exactly to one's wrist. In this case it is for my elderly mother who has a very small wrist so that the watch, as it came, just hung very loose on her wrist. However, the small watch face with the traditional sweeping hands my mother loved. Also the how to adjust this is unique to what I've experienced, and so the requirement of the tools it comes with, which isn't particularly difficult, but also is more than just tightening to a particular notch on a band. For the price it is an excellent addition to one's watch wear for formal wear, and for more elegance on the wrist. My mother, at her age, really would have trouble fixing the band herself even with the provided tools, so this is to be considered if you are gifting it to another, if you may need to aid them to fit it to their wrist, as at the low cost, they may not find it worth to pay a jeweler to do it, hence why most likely was included the necessary tools for this interesting band. ... show more

This watch was nicer than I expected and it is comfortable. I have a small wrist so I had to adjust it; with that being said the instructions did not tell you how to do the adjustments, I actually had to go to YouTube to see how to do it. My wife needed a new watch, so we thought we'd take a look at this one. It arrived in a decent box, which not only held the watch and other items but would also be suitable for presentation as a gift. It comes with the watch, manual, and tools to remove links to adjust the band size—everything you need to get the watch adjusted for your wrist. At first look, the watch is very striking. The watch is very lightweight, which is exactly what my wife was looking for. The clasp locks and unlocks with ease, and has a very solid feel as it clicks in place. It is very easy to adjust the band using the provided tools. It holds time well, and my wife likes its look and feel. It also goes nicely with her wardrobe. It remains to be seen how durable it will be. If we encounter any issues with it, I'll update this review. For know, however, we're both very happy with the watch. I know the trend is big, bulky watches and women wearing men's watches but is not my thing. I like dainty, I cannot lie, and this watch delivers on that. It's beautiful and I love wearing it. The trendsetters can keep their watches cause I'm proudly displaying mine!

Decent watch for the price. The appearance is clean. However, this watch feels cheap. It is very, very lightweight. I foresee a problem with the oils from my wrist discoloring the gold color. This watch is easy to clasp and unclasp.
