This long sleeve is pretty bad-ass Ive used it twice now while running and love it. Definitely makes me sweat like crazy I purchased an XL hoping it wasn't to small but actually fits good. Obviously this type of material will be a little challenging to put on but it works, so ill take it. I will try next time to use a squirt bottle to spray my arms to see if it will slide into position better when throwing it on, and last my recommendation would be to hit the showers with it after your workout and wash it in the shower DONT USE WASH MACHINE let it hang dry inside out.

Smells yucky. It’s not uncomfortable to wear once you have it one right. I wore it under a regular shirt. You do sweat some of you’re stationary. Once you get active you definitely feel hot. Good quality seems durable.

This definitely works, I took away one star because the bottom of the shirt keeps rolling up at the waist. Otherwise the fit is good, it’s not hard to take off. It really intensifies the sweat. I wash it in cold water and hang dry it.

I tried this sauna shirt for the first time while doing cardio and began to sweat a lot. Sweat was dripping down my crack and I felt warm throughout my workout. Didn’t feel excessively hot like other sauna shirts, just enough to get you warm and sweating. I feel I could wear this throughout the day l but don’t think it’s safe to do so. I wear size Large and ordered an XXL which fits perfectly.

If you are XL forget about it. I ordered the 3XXX and they were like a medium towards large. Extremely tied. I returned the first batch they were 2XX large as I couldn’t fit, so I figured the 3XXX, just got them, there’s no difference from that 2XX large. So I returned then. The material is nice.
