i’m an amazon delivery driver so i’m walking for most of my day and i recently started to have some knee pain so i ordered these and some arch support inserts and i can’t say for sure which one helped more but the combo definitely did the trick and my knee pain went away after only using them for a couple days. i wouldn’t mind using these every day if i needed to because they’re pretty minimal and easy to put on compared to a full on knee brace. it was a little hard to get them situated in the right spot to help the pain but once i did i swear it was like instant relief. i made them pretty tight so they got a little uncomfortable and made indents in my skin after a few hours so i would definitely recommend some pre wrap or something under them but overall i like these a lot ... show more

It definitely made a difference when used to play pickleball. The hard surface and pounding kept making me sore after play. The soreness was greatly reduced after using this product.

I have trouble with my patella {kneecap} shifting and these are great!! I have to think why did my Dr not recommend something like this years ago? I have a very expensive full leg brace that goes from my thigh to half way past my knee that does not work as well as these. Its too big and hard to move in. With these I dont even feel any discomfort wearing them and they help stabilize my knees. ... show more

    • Perfect for knee braces velcro replacement
My velcro was getting worn on my knee braces and it was a hassle trying to get new braces and expensive. These did the trick. I just put them over the worn velcro straps and they held perfectly.

    • Work well enough
These things do work, especially for the price. The Velcro has remained pretty strong so far after about a month of use (3-5 days/week jogging). They do occasionally get loose while I jog and I have to stop to readjust them, but that hasn't happened too often and I do sweat a lot, so it's understandable. They provide very mild relief - a knee wrap is a much more practical solution that doesn't cost too much money, but it's not as comfortable to jog in those, so this is still a decent alternative. But yeah, while I do notice the positive impact of wearing these, and I'm glad I bought them, they are a bit underwhelming in my opinion. For the price, and considering the comfort/lightweight nature of these, they're definitely worth picking up, but just understand that these are absolutely not miracle workers and you might need to seek out other solutions to knee pain. ... show more
