I pierced my both of my ears and it was easy to use. The only issue I had was that my nails got in the way but other that it was super easy. Needles are really sharp, I was able to pierced my daughter’s ears as well and even though she was scared as soon as the needle touch her earlobe it was done in a matter of seconds. This his amazing if you are looking to ether pierce yourself or others! It came early and all the jewlery was perfect! They even give you a little card to measure the diffrent gauge sizes! It comes with 2 pairs of gloves! The only thing i wish they had added was more of the disinfectant pads ( only give two ) but thats a easy fix to just buy more I did my smiley and nipples and so far everything is going great! ... show more

Hello! Modification enthusiast of 13 + years here! This kit is a really great value for the money I spend on it, however a couple of problems stood out in my mind that should be addressed. I got the 35/36 pc gold set. The gloves come lose (which is a sanitation and disinfection problem) so make sure to sanitize them separately. These obviously aren’t real gold so I suggest surgical steel/titanium in fresh piercings, the ones you get in the kit are really pretty to use after! My biggest concern is the craftsmanship on the jewelry. It was obviously done poorly/in a hurry. My CBR (captive beading ring) comes with a blunted edge. I’ve seen others in the comments address the CBR because of the ball sticking in the middle and not budging unless the gloves are used, well, that’s why. The blunted edge heightens your chances of reopening/cutting the pierced area and could cause irritation. A lot of people prefer internally threaded jewelry because of this. ... show more

In regards to kit: I pierced my philtrum with this kit and would recommend. Came earlier that estimated arrival date! In regards to jewelry: This is quality jewelry. I have had gold bar in my philtrum for over two months and it's STILL as gold as the day i put it in. BUT PLEASE NOTE: Do not use this jewelry for the initial piercing of a philtrum!! it needs room to swell and these 6mm studs are NOT enough room for your mouth to heal properly. (Atleast in my experience. Everyone's body is different, I learned the hard way!!) ... show more

Not only is this a good buy but the earrings are great quality. In the picture the newest piercings we did with the kit were my three flat helix, and my conch. I had already purchased earrings for the flat helix but used the kit’s earrings for my conch. My sister pierced her cartilage and second holes, and my cousin pierced her conch also. Rings didn’t thread to needle. Sadly I pierced (my wife’s) septum and then tried to thread to the needle to pull through. All the pain for nothing and she passed out. None of the threads worked with the needles.

The item came almost a week before it was supposed to so that's a huge plus. The needles are very sharp and came with 4 extra, two 15g and two 13g. The jewelry is so cute I love it all. I did my triple love piercings with this and it worked great, one of the best items I've bought.
