    • Commercial Quality Gym
There is nothing better if you want to blast your chest into the next century. Commercial gyms have this piece of equipment in them, and trust me, this is COMMERCIAL QUALITY!!! Weight stacks and pullys are as smooth as butter. A life-time gym for sure. NOTE: the directions tell you to assemble each end (weights included) and then put the cross bar on. There are so many holes you will NEVER be able to line them up after the fact. Expecially trying to move fully weighted end pieces into position. INSTEAD: I recommend putting the ends together first (no weights), then connecting them with the cross bar second. Lastly tighten all of your bolts then put on the weights at the end. The directions are accurate and easy to follow as long as you lay all of your nuts and bolts out with the included diagram so you don't use wrong hardware in wrong places. And do yourself a favor and buy 10 extra weights (5 each side) when you purchase this. The product comes with spacers for some reason. They should just include the extra weight in my opinion. ... show more

    • A great addition to my hardcore home gym
This was certainly not the first piece I was looking for in my gym but it was one that I had my eye on as I was building my gym. Because mine is a basement gym I had to be careful not to get something that was to tall (had to keep it under 90") and this fit the bill. Trying to build a gym of this nature during the coronavirus has been challenging and did not expect to get something like this from Amazon. The product is well made, the load balance is outstanding. Installation is not for the feint of heart but with patience can be done. This was from third party marketplace supplier (Gronk Fitness) and they were outstanding.     • Poorly made product
The gym I workout in has one of these machines and the weight shown does not reflect the correct load put on your muscles. The cable snapped at the base where it goes in to the pulley during my cable crunch sets and the metal part came down and hit me on the head. I have noticed this to be one of several issues and seen it on the same model at a different gym as well. Remember, you get what you pay for and this is absolutely over priced and not well made at all. I would not buy this product. ... show more

    • Great Product, Great Warranty, Good Price, Im Happy.
I have owned this cable crossover now for over a year. I have always worked out in gyms and wanted to start working out at home. I needed a good cable crossover for that. Works just as good as commercial gym systems, this cable crossover has smooth motion. It is about 1 foot shorter than commercial gym systems. It took me about 5 hours to install, by myself - I recommend 2 people installing it. In 2015 I paid $1500 for this unit. It was shipped on a pallet in multiple boxes. I took each box into the basement and installed it. The boxes were heavy and it helps to have a dolly. I also bought 1 extra 50 pound stack. Originally, i thought a part was missing, I called customer service and they shipped it out immediately. turns out the part was not missing it was stuck inside of another part. Either way, customer service was great to work with. The cable ends and connects with a screw tightener. Originally i did not tighten it enough and the weights came slamming down. It was my fault for not srewing it in tightly. I corrected the mistake and it works fine now. In fact, i connect an additional 45 pound olypmic plate to the stack and do lat pulldowns with it and it has not disconnected. BEWARE: The height of the unit is about 2 inches higher than advertised. Fortunately, i was able to move it to a different location in my basement. The cable pully extend a few inches higher than the top brace. For this price I highly recommend the unit. The selectorized weight stack is nice for a home gym, i probably would not have used it if i had to load and unload plates. You can quickly change weights which makes it the same as the gym experience. I think a good Cable crossover and power rack are essential pieces of a home gym. I can do pullups with no concern of the unit tipping over. It cannot be bolted to the floor like some cable crossovers which makes it slightly shaky, but it is completely sturdy enough. Im 6' 230 LBS and pullups are no problem. It is tough to make a decision when you have not had the opportunity to actually see the equipment. I took a chance and bought the unit and I couldnt be happier. It could be used in a gym and commercial, but it is not heavy commercial quality. But the price is $5000 less than those heavy duty commercial cable crossover machines. I am completely happy for somebody who needs gym quality equipment. It has a lifetime home warranty on everything, company reputation is great, price is good. Thats why i selected this unit. ... show more
