Purchased this two summers ago to support our little one during swimming lessons and it’s been a great addition. Love that it’s so lightweight yet durable. It attaches like a vest and has secure shoulder harnesses, attached floaters, and a buckle on the back to keep it secure and in place. It’s also very comfortable for our toddler to wear and the ORCA design is very cute. We love this life jacket! We originally had the dinosaur one for three years and it never tore and kept its great quality throughout the years. This is probably our last year with it as my son is 6 (so the back straps have been able to grow with his size nicely). We bought the Octopus one this year to have an extra one. It is great bc it is US Coast Guard approved- so we can use it at waterparks, boating and Kayaking without a problem. It is so comfortable to wear for my son and it doesn't go in his face or limit his need to swim like other life jackets. I like that it not only goes around his arms, but also has straps like a shirt to keep it snug. I bought a different one on Amazon before purchasing the Octopus one and it was sooo flinsy. It didn't compare to this brand. Five stars all the way!!

My 5 year old loves the water, but can’t swim. He seems to think you must open your mouth when hitting the water! As I’ve got an indoor 5’ pool now, I’ve dreaded him getting in. I’ve tried other floating assistance tools & none have worked well. Many tip him over into the water, others don’t float much, and many broke easily. This one is a game changer though!! It’s cute & sturdy. He finds it comfortable & doesn’t complain about using it. Best of all? He actually floats to the surface quickly when jumping in, stays about water without tipping forward nor backwards, and has been able to doggy swim with it on to maneuver around the pool all by himself! I expected way less than what this has provided. The peace of mind I feel alone is worth the price tag. I’d recommend this to anyone & purchase again if I needed a new one. He is average height & weight for his age group. Fits a toddler just fine! Thanks to the company producing these amazing devices!!!

Love these so much. Love the coast guard approval. I’ve used with each of my 4 young kids. This summer they’re ages 20 mos-5 1/2 years, and all of them use these. I feel super secure and confident letting them float on their own, which I didn’t feel comfortable with other brands (but obviously we needed the option to be a little more hands free). I’m a big fan of the way it wraps their bodies, shoulders, and arms. Of course they can still drink the water or tip face into it if they’re unsupervised or trying to do that, but it seems to be harder in this than other brands, as it tips them slightly backwards naturally. Super thankful to have it and all my 4 kids love using it!!!!! And they love the designs (although momma could use a little less visual stimulation, I’m happy that they’re happy).

Bought this for my 1 year old because I'm absolutely terrified of him in the pool even if he's being held by someone (yes I'm a little neurotic...or should I say "was") the 3rd time using this he was swimming around the pool all by himself! It holds him completely upright but of course you should always be next to your child while using this because the daredevil still likes to test the limits. Definitely recommend for how safe and well made this is and mostly because how relieved you will feel having your child in the pool with one.

Bought these swimmies for our 2 and 3 year olds. They are by far the best ones we’ve seen so far because they have the shoulder straps. The shoulder straps help keep the arm bands up and from slipping down which I see on so many other kids. The back strap tightens down really well to keep them secure, and my kids were comfortable in the pool with these in a short amount of time
