I really like the bench! It’s sturdy, looks great, and was fairly easy to assemble. However, I ran into an issue with the feet. One of the screws snapped off while I was screwing it in, and the broken piece is stuck inside. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to get it out. I reached out to the company using the email provided in the instructions, but the email keeps bouncing back, so I haven’t been able to get a replacement part. While the bench is still functional, it’s not sitting completely off the ground as intended, which is disappointing. If the company responds and resolves this, I’ll update the review—but for now, I’m giving 3 stars for the product itself and lack of customer support.

Bench is fine but the fabric is a hideous shade of yellow, which is not the color shown in the listing. My pics don’t show just how ugly the fabric color is.
