This little massager is great. I purchased this along with a small 4 prong vibrating one and I prefer this one. It's small, easy to use, and provides a nice massage. I had not considered it prior but it will also be great for travel since it is so tiny.

Fantastic for sore muscles. You have to be very careful of how you hold it or it will pull skin in-between the ball and pinch it. I was also under the impression it came apart for cleaning but it doesn't, so I would be more wary of using it with oils as it will be difficult to clean

I have chronic headaches caused by sinus issues and which are exacerbated by tension I carry in my neck and shoulders. They're fairly unresponsive to anything but steam, and they tend to last for days, so my method of coping when steam is impractical is to treat the tension as best as I can to take at least some of the edge off. I've had varying levels of success with heating pads, ice packs, muscle rubs, NSAIDs, you name it, but this little guy really, REALLY helps. Using it at room temp is nice, but for me, I get way more results from keeping it in the freezer. The cold is so soothing, and it stays cold for hours! I can just hang out watching TV or something while rolling this over my neck, shoulders, and even my face and scalp, and I feel so much better, even if the headache isn't gone. Best $7 I ever spent!
