My doctor recommended occipital pressure for my tension headaches. I’m so glad I found this device and bought it! In just a few days my tension headaches are virtually GONE! Because it has three widths for the pressure points it will fit virtually anybody. Sometimes I like to lay on the floor with it under my head and sometimes I use it in my recliner. With the recliner, you can adjust the pressure by reclining more or less depending on how much pressure you need. I don’t think it can be worn out but if I do, I will definitely buy another one and I HIGHLY recommend it for anyone tension headaches!     • Got rid of my tension headache
I have a very stressful job and I've had tension headache for the last 3 years. Prior to this I've rarely had headaches. Anyhow, this device eliminates my headache. The reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because the finishing on it is not polished properly so you may have to take a fine sand paper and lightly remove the protruding surface area. I have cervical stenosis and arthritis in several vertebrae, with limited range of motion, pain, and frequent headaches. Use of this massage device has improved my cervical range of motion, decreased pain, and, in combination with other modalities and medications, contributed to decreased daily headaches and migraine. It can be a bit tricky to position the massage tool, but that may depend upon what surface you are using it on. I have only used it on the couch with an extra pillow for positioning. I have worked on increasing my range of motion for years, but increased it in only a few uses with Dr. Berg’s massage tool. ... show more

I love this product. I start using it right away and felt a big difference. First of all I was able to get relax before bed and slept like a baby! Next day I did the same thing and had excellent result as well. I recommend this product right away to 3 friend of mine and they all got it for themself because how happy I was with that. Also my husband has tense neck muscles, by using the massage tool he had great relief after the first usage. I really recommend it for everyone. I sit in front of a computer 12-14 hours a day and it's a mouse with my right hand. Even though I have a proper office chair, my posture isn't always the best and because of using the mouse my right trapezoid and neck muscle are often in pain - so much so that it started giving me headaches and making my ears hurt like they needed to pop.     • Great for neck but difficult to use for back by yourself.
Love Dr. Berg, so I thought I'd try this. It was easy to use for pressure points for neck pain, but not easy for back. No matter what chair I sat in and leaned against it with this product pushing against pressure points on back, the product would move or flip so no relief for back. I have had chronic neck and back pains and migraines for ten years. Acupuncture and cupping provided relief but were not accessible to me as often as I needed it.
