It arrived with a small dent on the left side, but it runs well. It does make a quiet clicking sound that doesn't seem to affect it's operation. It's small enough to fit in my laundry room and large enough to be an auxiliary frrezer holding the things I might want in the next couple of days. I expect it will minimize my trips to the large chest freezer in the basement.

There is a 2 levels storage options. And, a 1 additional freezer safe basket that comes with this freezer. I use for smoothie items, ice trays, ice cream or what ever my heart desires. In a neat comfortable spot.” I want see badly if it holds three 20lb turkeys in my friendly reachable 5ft height. I live on a budget and price for this freezer of $199.99 which is an outstanding great price with delivery to my Home Business. It is so light that I can Easily slide this freezer by myself on my straight non-tile flat floor to my new spot of my choice. I am extremely happy that I have not miss out on this buying option. I wish I did try the advertisement ad picture of an extra cold fridge feel for carbonated bottled drinks. If I had, I would check the coldness with a thermometer before putting anything in it.

The manual is very sparse. It's obvious that it is badly translated. It is not clear, at all, how to properly set the dial for freezer mode. Turn the dial to 5 or more.. not the Freeze indicator! I was ready to send it back, but I figured it out. It works great!
