Simply adjustable the height of the rope necklace and set it on how high or low you would like. The camera attaches very strongly to the magnetic holder. Then you just press one button and the video starts, when your finished vidieong simple press the button and second time and your done. This device is extremely easy to connect to your laptop and watch and edit your video. Since it is a small device the only negative thing is the battery life. For some reason these Chinese cannot figure out how to keep the correct time on these timestamps and video files. I got the timestamp right finally but then when I dumped the video onto my computer it's got a completely different time so I can't just dump them and then go back and search for them by time and date later which is what I need to do. This is the third one of these little cameras I've tried and they all seem to struggle with this. If you just want to have fun and take video of whatever is in front of you that's great but I'm trying to use it for work. The BOBLOV W4 body camera is exactly what I needed. I wanted a body camera I could wear that was semi discreet and easy to use. I didn’t care if it could be seen, I just didn’t want a body camera that was the size of a deck of cards mounted to my chest. I tried a few of the larger body cams from other brands and although the video quality was pretty good, the bulkiness of the camera made it so that I didn’t want to use it thus eliminating the purpose of owing one. The W4 is about 2½ inches long and 1 inch wide weighing in at barely over 1 oz. The camera comes with accessories so you can mount it one of two ways. One way is to use the 360° rotatable clip that can clip to pretty much anything. My preferred way to carry it is to use the adjustable magnetic neck strap. I put the strap around my neck and the small magnetic plate under my shirt or jacket (you can wear it on the outside of your clothes too). Then I just place the W4 on the outside of my shirt and it holds securely to the magnet. The W4 has a great feature usually only found on more expensive models that allows it to do loop recording. This means when your memory card is full it will continue recording by recording over the oldest previous video. Even with the smaller 64gb memory card you will get ample video space as it will hold a little over 11 hours of video before it needs to overwrite a previous video. Battery life should suffice for most applications as in my testing the W4 could record video for 2 hours before the battery went dead. Recharging the W4 is done by connecting the camera via USB-C cable to any USB charger. Copying video to your PC is easy by connecting the W4 to your pc via a USB-C cable. Videos files are compatible with most applications since they are the common MP4 format. The W4 has just one button in the front and is used to turn on the camera and just one press starts and stops recordings. It’s super simple and convenient. The only improvement I would like to see is the single button on the front is flat against the body of the camera and therefore makes it a little difficult to find with my finger. If the button was raised just a bit it would make it easier to feel and be a nice improvement. My reasoning for buying a body cam is that I have a dash cam in my car in case a “situation” arises, so it seemed like the next logical step would be to use a small body cam when I am out and about in certain circumstances. Overall, this is a great camera especially for the price and you won’t regret buying one. I have attached a short video of me riding my e-bike so you can see the quality of the video. A body camera by design does not have image stabilization so it is normal to see movement when walking around, etc. If you need an action camera with video stabilization for sport, etc. buy a GoPro, if you want a body camera, The BobLov W4 is the one to buy. ... show more

Ok where to begin? This camera omg this camera is absolutely incredible if I could give more stars I would. So I got two of these for myself and my partner and we started using the cameras for the security work we do and does it do its job and more. We have them mounted on our belts and it has worked out perfectly for us. The voices are clear you can make out every word and I mean every word. The picture is A1 quality it is really clear the faces the videos are amazing. It records in 30min segments at a time but it's a continuous recording so you dont have to worry about missing anything it will continue recording as long as you need it for or stop it on your own. My partner used and kept it on all day and it easily got an eight hour day with no problem it could of went longer and it barely made a det in the SD card didn't notice the battery we were so impressed we forgot to check the battery life on the other hand I turned mine on as needed and so far the battery has lasted two 12 to 14 hour days easily. It's durable I know cuz I have dropped it a few times on the asphalt and didn't even have a scratch on it. So it your looking for a camera that's durable with a great picture and voice pick up that will easily last a 12 to 14 hour day using it when needed or an easy 8 to 10 hour day if you keep it on all day and I'm sure the battery would last even longer we just turned it off cuz our day was done. We will have to see and check it out and get back to all of you on that. Ok so don't waste you time searching for any other camera this one will do everything you need and more trust me. So I would get one or as many as you need before they realize how good this camera is and raise the price and hey if you don't want to believe me check it out yourself I guarantee you won't be disappointed. I bought this camera to use as a body cam and car cam interchangeably. The camera works well and the included mount also worked well to hold the camera. I did purchase a separate magnetic clothing holder (one side goes inside your jacket or shirt - other side magnetically attaches from the outside and camera clips on that). That works really well also while out hunting, hiking or just out and around. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I bought this cam about 3 months ago. I noticed about a week ago, the colors seemed washed out. I thought it could be because of night vision (IR) mode, but that feature wan’t on. In short, the video lacked color really anything in the red spectrum was just black and white. I contacted BOBLOV and they gave me a few suggestions to ensure the camera was reset properly and the settings were where they should be. They even asked to send a short video showing the problem. The process was really easy over a few emails. After reviewing the video, BOBLOV support asked that I send the unit to them for evaluation so they could decode the issue. Further, the said they would ship me a replacement, from Amazon as soon as I sent the tracking number. I sent the unit and emailed the tracking number and not 24 hours later, I got a replacement camera, new in the box from Amazon. It didn’t come AFTER they received my defective unit, they shipped me a new one immediately. That is excellent customer service! THANK YOU BOBLOV! ... show more

Video recording at 4K lasts a little over an hour, this is an awful battery life. The resolution is awful and is bloating the video file. Due to how grainy and shaky the recording is, the 4K version is terrible in if compared to the lower resolution models. Pressing and holding to turn it on takes way too long, and it can't record and charge at the same time, so impractical. ... show more
