I don't require the use of headsets often, so I wanted something inexpensive, and also something wired so I don't have to worry about keeping it charged for when I occasionally need to use it. These looked just right. I like that it is that 1/8 stereo jack that I can plug directly into my laptop, or I can use the USB adapter that it comes with and use the USB port. The adapter also adds volume control and a microphone on/off switch. I received this yesterday. The build quality was better than I expected. It feels very solid, not flimsy or cheap. I tried it with and without the USB adapter and it worked fine. The sound on the call was great and the other person said I sounded fine. No complaints. The only issue now is durability, but only time will tell. If they stop working or break easily, I'll update the review, but for now, they're exactly what I wanted.

The media could not be loaded. Let me just say, these headphones are fantastic. Right out of the box, it was literally plug and play. I didn't have to mess with any complicated drivers or software—just connected them and I was good to go instantly. I use them mainly for meetings and they are perfect for that. The microphone clarity is great—no one has asked me to repeat myself anymore. Plus, wearing them is super comfortable; I can have them on for hours during long work sessions without any ear fatigue. The sound quality is impressive for the price. Music sounds crisp, and calls are crystal clear. But what really surprised me was the design. Honestly, the product looks even better in person than in the pictures—it’s sleek and feels premium. Compared to other headsets in this price range, these blow the competition out of the water. Better build, better comfort, and way better style. I’m seriously happy with this purchase and I’ve already told my friends about ‘em. If you’re looking for a reliable, great-sounding, and good-looking headset—this is it!

This is a tough review to write fairly because the ear cup size (2.8") is clearly listed. I’m not in the habit of measuring my ears, though—and when these arrived, they felt more like kids’ headphones than an adult fit. Realistically, that’s probably where they’ll end up. This one’s on me for buying them despite the stated size. Sound: Clean at all volumes, well-balanced across the frequency sweep. Bass: There is no buzz or issue reproducing, but there is no depth or power to it either. Fit / Pressure: Noticeably tight clamping pressure, likely because the ear cups are simply too small for my head/ears. Would consider for 10 year olds or younger... but not for an adult.

The media could not be loaded. I'm really impressed with these Amazon Basics headphones. This is the third headphone I bought from basics brand, because the other two type of headphone works really well too!! LOL The performance is great! I was on back-to-back online calls today (like 5 meetings!) and the audio quality was crystal clear the entire time. No one asked "can you repeat that?" which is a win in my book. They're also incredibly lightweight and comfortable. My ears didn't feel sore or hot at all, which is a problem I've had with other headsets. The dual connectors (both USB-A and the 3.5mm jack) are a lifesaver. It works perfectly with my HP laptop—just plugged it in and it was ready to go. No complicated drivers or software needed. The headphone design looks so nice which I really love their product design language, can tell they spent time on this product design.For a headphone person like me, I love this passion to make great product!Thats why I will definitely give a five stars for you!! For the money, this is a fantastic deal. I'm already planning to order another one for my family . Highly recommend!

What a great headphone for multiple uses. I use it primarily for remote office meetings but also to listen to music. Sound is wonderful and the earpieces isolate external sound very well. Microphone is flexible and can adjust. I was skeptical when I first saw them listed but they turned out to be much better that I anticipated.

When using the 3.5mm aux connection, the sound quality is actually very good for the price. However, when I connect it through USB, audio only comes out from one side of the headset. I tried different devices and ports, and the issue remains the same — so it’s not a driver problem. A bit disappointing since the USB connection was one of the main reasons I bought it.

Does an excellent job of blocking outside sound while providing crystal clear conversations with other people. My only complaint about it is that I have a large head and so it’s a little tight. But I can’t complain because they are sturdy and designed to be-folded up fairly small, so they’re easy to carry in my backpack. It’s compatible with my MacBook and the docking station that I use.
