    • No more burnt chili!
Put your pot on this and it’s not likely you’ll burn your food. The stove, church cooks way too hot. Have never figured out how to get the thing to cook with less heat. Bought two of these and have used them on stove at church. No food has been burned since we started using them. Yay!

It does distribute the heat fairly well when you want to simmer but not boil the contents of a pot. Sometimes even at the lowest heat the liquid will still boil, but overall the diffuser does well.

LOVE this product. First time using a diffuser and I’ll never cook delicate foods again without one. It worked great for making candy and I use it when making Sunday sauce to prevent foods from sticking to the pot. I’ve used it many times and it has held up well.
