This is a relatively new product with few reviews so I felt compelled to get on here to allay anyone’s concerns about spending money on this. It is definitely worth it. Total bargain for what you’re getting and very good quality (so far). The product was neatly packaged and required no meaningful assembly whatsoever. The water tubes were already connected, so all you have to do is unbox the bouncy house, lay it out where you want it, connect the blower (which is included) and stake it down. The inflatable can double as a regular bouncy house if you don’t want to fill it with water on more chilly days. Otherwise once it’s inflated just place the hose inside the pool area and let it fill up. Connect the hose to the water tube afterward and you’re all set with your own personal water park. Took my wife and I about 15 minutes to set it up completely (that includes unboxing time). The box is heavy and recommends a two person lift, just as an fyi for anyone who receives the delivery. Color is pretty close to what was advertised in the photos; overall a great buy. If you’re on the fence about it don’t hesitate.

This is an amazing bounce house slide/pool! My boys had an absolute blast and were playing for hours! It was easy to set up and seemed extremely durable! The air blower was powerful and did a great job! Only issue we had was the hose attachment. It came broken and to use we had to put duct tape around it to keep it attached to our hose. If it wasn’t for this it would be 5 stars.

When More then one kids. it starts to sag The trees won’t stay upright Seems like the motor is not strong enough for the inflatable.

I have 4 kids (combined weight of 230lb) At first my kids did enjoy this product, however after a few uses, the platform was very unstable while they were on it together and water began to get trapped inside the mechanism after deflation and drainage making for an unpleasant odor as well as impossible to store due to the size (with water inside the bounce house) as well as smell Customer service did approve a refund

Overall we are extremely happy with this inflatable water slide. It was quick and easy to setup only requiring 1 person. The clear water hose was already attached to the product which was nice. The Dolphin Spray does not come out it's mouth as shown in product photos but rather the top of the head, only about half the water goes into the pool the other half sprays outside the edge. The outter tree does not get taunt enough to hold the net straight across and one of the bottom foot holds will not stay pushed in. These minor things does not effect how fun the product is for the kids. The material feels strong and seems as it will last a long time.

The media could not be loaded. Positive - The structure itself is good and as described. Very big and a great layout! Negative - As soon as the pool at the bottom of the slide started filling up, I noticed bubbles (see video). I thought the water was leaking to the outside of the slide. However, it’s worse. After letting the air out and trying to clean up after our first day of using it, we realized it was the lining that was leaking. Now there is water trapped inside of the walls where there is only supposed to be air. We have no way to get it all out (without cutting it open). I hope the company reaches and makes it right.

Just got the product and set it up. My kids immediately wanted to play in it. Unfortunately the station kept collapsing on them during moderate play. Their total combined weight is 160lbs— way under the 450lb limit. :( After posting my original review (above) the seller immediately sent out a replacement motor and then sent out a new play park!! They went above and beyond any expected service. They were fast, courteous, professional, helpful and caring… these are qualities that make a 5 star seller on Amazon. I now have a new water play park set up and my kids will be off their video games and out of the house for hours and hours of fun this summer!!!!

The kids love this water park. We have used it 3 times since we bought it. Only downfall is all three palm trees never stay up. We had to take the net down completely and I had to clip the double palm tree part with a string to keep it from falling and we have to tie the single palm tree to our basketball court to keep it from hanging into the pool portion. Would be nice if that problem wasn't there but the kids love it anyway. Other than that i would have given it 5 stars for sure UPDATE: I was shocked to arrive home today to an Amazon box on my porch because I hadn't ordered anything recently. Upon opening the box was a bigger blower for my daughter's Waterpark. I did not make contact with customer service at all but they went out of their way to send me a bigger blower that it came with. Going to try it tomorrow morning for the kids to see if it makes a difference to the palm trees staying vertical. Thank you for being considerate of your customers. Will definitely purchase from this company again.
