Try this car wash soap and ditch the rest. Not just for BMWs but it works well with their finishes. A little bit goes a long way. Lifts off the dirt, does not streak, great unobtrusive smell and better than most anything else that I have used in 40 years of detailing cars. Looks to be unobtainable via Amazon at this time which is unfortunate. A gallon or so would be a good size with the in and out availability... Item was delivered on time and as well as it was sealed and wrapped, it did leak some. I have yet to use the product so I will have to update this when the weather permits me to wash my car.

    • Great Product, Bad Distributor
I ordered this from Otto's BMW, and i'll tell you why you should stay away from this distributor in a second - the product is decent, however. The shampoo smells clean and mature like a BMW product should. I've actually purchased the shampoo at the Munich, Germany BMW World before and it smells just like it. It cleaned my BMW perfectly, no residue and a little goes a long way. Will definitely purchase again when I run out. Now here's why you should stay away from Otto's BMW distributor:They put their products in gallon-sized ziploc freezer bags filled with a brown rocky substance. They include a note saying it's to absorb the product should it spill in transit. Terrible reason. The product was covered in a filthy brown rocky powder and looked unprofessional upon opening the box. Why didn't they double-bag it? Put the product in a ziploc bag, then put that bag in brown rocky powder so it doesn't touch the product? I had to wash the bottle off. They say it's for OSHA standards and I get that but what about this... The product was too big for the bag so it stretched out the ziploc bag and during transit it was the rocks and product that punctured a hole in the bag and the brown substance went everywhere? Terrible and I will not be ordering from Otto's BMW again. ... show more

Excellent car soap, not too harsh but plenty good enough to remove the toughest grime. A little goes a far way. Rinses well. One of the best car soaps I've even come across.
