Edit Update: the screen scratches fairly easily over time and the more you take it on and off the more warped the screen becomes. So it was good for 9-ish months but then I couldn’t use it anymore. So I got a similar case but without the screen protector. Still think it’s a good case for what I needed at the time.

The screen cover did not work, but I still gave five stars as the case is great for protecting the Kindle. Mine fall a lot, extra due to seizures, but there has been no damage to the device. One comment on the color: the picture looks like a brighter purple than it is. It is more like eggplant color and appears black in the dark even when the screen is lit. I recommend the blue.

My son is neuro divergent and touch sensitive. This case worked very well, it is soft to the touch, fit snug around the tablet and my son loves it. The kickstand on the back also helps keep it in place while he plays Roblox. Would definitely buy another one.

We ordered this for our grandchild who we gave an old Fire Tablet 10 HD 7th generation. Unfortunately I missed the fine print and missed that this was for a newer generation and the case does not fix. However, we liked the case so much that we got an 11th generation refurbished unit and it works great!! Very durable and protective of the tablet

Got this for my Fire 10 and it doesn’t properly fit. It’s just loose enough that the tablet bounces around a bit inside of the case and it broke the tablet within a week and the case is destroyed as the corners have broken off of the screen protector The screen protector also left permanent spots on the screen itself around the edges
