This machine is amazing. Upgraded to Windows 11 (it took a few weeks before I got the upgrade notification). I did dual boot to install Linux Ubuntu and Windows, and both work great, all drivers worked for both operating systems.     • Bad Customer Service UPDATE: Renewed faith in Customer Service
My wife needed a budget laptop for work and the price seemed right on this one. Worked fine for the first 5 months but now will not boot - can't even get to a BIOS. It's kind of hard to tell if it's a charge issue but I see a small green light illuminated when plugged in. I've hooked it up to my Dell Thunderbolt docking station to see if that was the issue but it apparently was not. I emailed their customer support and received no reply. Can't recommend I'm afraid. Look elsewhere. UPDATE: After writing this review I was contacted by Bailey with BMAX who quickly offered to exchange my busted rig for a new one. She was quick to reply to my messages and shipped out a new laptop as soon as the old one was received (they even paid for the return shipping which was nice). New laptop is running great so far and Bailey said to contact her directly should I have any issues. Changed from one star to 4 stars but I must say they were quite clear that I was under no obligation to do so - it was explicitly stated in their initial contact with me that under no circumstances should I feel compelled to amend my review. ... show more

So cute and convenient, I am surprised that the laptop runs very fast and very light. The 12GB DDR4 and 512GB will have enough space for my need. The touch screen function is so great with a high solution. The screen can be easily rotated to 360 degrees and it feels like a tablet. The whole body is very slim and easy to carry, I could hold it and lay in my bed for a movie or a video. Great experience, great value for the price and highly recommended. ... show more

I got this BMX 13 in January 2023 and the only complaint I have is the USB C Port stopped working almost two weeks in. My fault that I didn’t follow up with support. But listen. This does just about everything my Apple MacBook Air. I stupidly have, dropped it, knocked it off the table, spilled on and I can’t say enough about the durability of this Windows 11 laptop. I think I got a deal on Amazon for $299.00. It’s incredible for the money for kids, students, gaming, movies and so much more. I say do it! ... show more

    • Great idea poor execution
When I was looking for a new laptop I read thru the choices on Amazon. I thought this one had a lot going for it. Unfortunately, the engineering design of this computer made it a bad choice. To be specific, while it looks good it isn’t user friendly. The changeable power supply plug is hard to set for American users. The contacts were off center and it wouldn’t charge at all. The off/on button sticks out from the edge in tablet mode and touching it turns it off inadvertently. The keyboard keys are poorly marked and the backlighting is too dim to be of any help. No USB A ports. Cant tell about battery life as it would never charge. It is very lightweight and looks good, if that’s important to you. I’m so glad that I bought it from Amazon and could return it I’d stay away from this one. ... show more
