    • Sturdy tools!
The tools just feel great in the hands. I took ceramic classes at college and these feel just like the ones our teacher gave us. Cutting into clay with these tools gives such a visceral and awesome feeling. Metal construction is great. Price is right. Performance only limited by the artist.

    • Wires are too thin and bend, will break quickly if your working on leather hard clay.
They are a great size, and I love them for that reason, working with mostly soft clay is fine no problem, so I gave this 3 stars. But mine won't last because I use them on leather hard clay, and they bend and bend and bend, won't last long.

Semi flimsy on the wire loop portion but work awesome. Cheap and cuts both leather heard and dryer clay great! Perfect for detailed work

A beginner would have to understand about putting designs on clay at the proper time. Only use then when the clay is leather hard. They are not useful for the throwing part of clay.

    • Thinner wire would be better.
These would work better for me if the wire tips were thinner.
