It’s so hard for me to find a pillow. They’ll be comfortable for a few nights, then I get a crick in my neck. So I started sleeping without a pillow. I think they’re mostly too thick. I love hotel pillows, but I’ve yet to come across a real hotel pillow on Amazon. I went to Japan and they had the thinnest, flat pillows I’ve ever seen. They weren’t memory foam, but were sewn to have a space for your neck and head. I loved it! Came home and looked for a Japanese pillow and found this one. I saw it was a frequently returned item. I decided to get the thinnest option. I love it! It’s so versatile. It’s hard to describe to anyone who doesn’t have issues with pillows, just how awesome a flat pillow is, but let me tell you!!! I never met a pillow that i didn’t like until this one. No exaggeration i love the look of pillows but ultimately hate the feeling that whenever i wake up i almost always end up finding them on the floor. My issue is always the feeling of waking up with a sore stiff neck but this pillow is so soft and of great quality. I got the ultra slim one but don’t let its look intimidate you. It looks super flat but surprising fluffy and very filling. The sizing is perfect and i was able to adjust easily with its memory foam. My neck is a mess, if I don't use this pillow then I use no pillow at all. It keeps my neck straight and doesn't give it a lift like regular pillows. I won't say it is amazing cause I haven't found a pillow that I can say that about. Its pretty good.

The pillow offers the cooling properties and feels nice to the touch, however it is stiffer than expected, considering it is memory foam. I expected softness because I had purchased a thinner version, but I guess the thicker the pillow the stiffer the foam.

Been in need of a new pillow as my current one is as flat as a piece of cardboard. Decided to order this but was a little skeptical with the notice "frequency returned item." Still got it anyways, and honestly i was not disappointed. I like flat pillows, like flllaaaatttt (obviously with the state of my current pillow) because plushy ones are uncomfortable when im on my stomach. This one, man, is perfect. Its definitely got a firmness to it so it definitely will hold its shape but its also super soft and comfortable. It honestly reminds me of a squishy marshmallow, firm enough for it to retain a shape but squishy enough for it to still be enjoyable. Its also a decent size, its not flat like my current one but its true to side thats advertised. It also came with a soft cover for the pillow itself thats machine washable. As for the cooling effects, i cannt speak on that because ontop of the cover, ive added a silk pillow case so i dont notice anything. But i can say i havent flipped it over to get to the "cool side" lol ... show more
