Received my kit in just over one week. All items were in good shape. I plan to use my generator this week, so no comments on performance yet. A few items to note. I called Bluetti Customer service and tech support numerous time and got all my calls went straight to someone's box which was full. Obviously, I could not even leave a message. Questions I wanted answered: 1. the AC300 manual stated the max DC input is 200W. Well, your kit includes (3) 350W panels? 2. The AC300 includes the 4 slut cable which allows two PV panels to be hooked up for charging. The B300 comes with a separate cable which allows connecting one PV to be connected directly to the B300. Can I charge the B300 using the AC300 and direct charging to the B300 at the same time? I ended up just connecting two PV's to the AC300 and it charged just fine. 3. My B300 arrived at about 80% power level, just for you information. 4, You absolutely will need some extra long cables to run from you PVs to you AC300. I think they over looked how heavy AC300 and B300 are. 5. The PV's seem to work well but are very flimsy and a pain to set up. Especially having no additional cable length and trying to get full sun on both PVs. Also the cables coming off the backs of the PVs are backwards. The cables coming out of the back faces up instead of down. This is not good as the u turn required is going to degrade the union to the output junction. Yes I could flip the over but the flip out arms only open one way. I am buying the addition cable the other viewer suggested. I wanted to list a few critical points to help everyone. Overall, I am pleased with the product quality. I really like how fast this unit can be charged, far superior to other units. If I have any issues during use this week I will list another comment. Keep preparing I feel we are in for some difficult days ahead. ... show more

this thing is beast i mean is huge i bought a extra battery with this AC300 for 6000 wh of power , im like kid with a new toy i ordered it and i was checking for delivery updates it couldn’t get here fast enough. i came home from work 3 huge boxes and 3 solar panel boxes my wife’s faces was priceless lol.. i went straight to work i had it unboxed hooked up and running in less then 20 minutes it had a 63% charge when i turned it on , so fare so good i am just amazed at the quality and craftsmanship of this system ,”but” , im not going to get ahead of myself this is only day 1 ill give another update on this generator in 3 to 6 months im going to put this system through some trials to see what it can do and not do ... show more

I ordered the AC300&B300 Modular Power System with 2 420W Solar Panel bundle but only received 3/4 packages. Missing is the AC300 but I've yet to receive a reply from Bluetti and Amazon is listing my order as delivered. I was home when the packages were delivered so I know it wasn't stolen (from my home). I'm still holding out hope Amazon/Bluetti can solve the problem but they've given no indication they're looking into it so I'm afraid something nefarious may be going on. Buyer Beware! ... show more

Spent a total of 8104.87 on an AC300, two B300s and 9 solar panels. Delivery was prompt and units charged normally. Upon the first use of the AC output the unit failed I tried many many times to contact a person at the company but was unsuccessful. Each call was routed to a voice mailbox which was always full. I subsequently contacted tech support by email which got me nowhere. After doing some research I discovered that many people are having the same problem. So now I have an eight thousand dollar boat anchor. This is literally the worse retail experience I have ever had. Makes me think they are not planning on remaining in business for long. Buyer Beware!!! Solar Panels Cannot Be in the Rain - and - NO SUPPORT IS AVAILABLE!!! This is not on any Bluetti listings on Amazon, but when you open the PV200 package, it provides a warning that the solar panels cannot be exposed to rain, snow, water. This is totally ridiculous - solar panels that cannot be rained on - really??? This means I cannot put the solar panels on the roof or anywhere outside while I am at work because it may rain, yet the daytime is the only time the solar panels can collect the sunrays and store power. And...they expect me to take the solar panels off the roof every time I think it is going to rain??? And what if it rains during the night? So I tried calling support at Bluetti - No one is available, all Support mailboxes are full aka NO SUPPORT is available. Do NOT purchase Bluetti. ... show more
