Overall, I'm very pleased with the Bluetti AC200L Portable Power Station ( "Solar Generator" ). It works as expected and has been reliable for the past few months. I purchased the Bluetti B300K battery as well and that added another 2764.8 Wh of capacity. Installation was simply plug and play with no setup required. However, the provided cable is quite short and due to the location of the expansion ports the battery needs to be placed on the left side of the AC200L and not stacked unless the battery is turned around backwards. This is a very odd engineering and design choice. The system with added B300K battery takes up much more shelf space than anticipated. Another quirky design decision is the omission of a 30amp 12V outlet. The older AC200Max has a 12VDC 30 amp port. This was replaced by a 48VDC proprietary outlet that requires the purchase of a Bluetti D40 DC to DC converter ($199 approx). The 12VDC port on the AC200L is limited to only 10Amps. I see no logical reason to need to spend the additional money to get a high power 12VDC source. I simply wired a nearby battery or this purpose . . . I refuse to buy an expensive proprietary add-on device to connect a high power 12VDC appliance. The 48VDC port cannot be used without the D40. The use of Aviation style plugs for AC power and solar inputs is another unnecessary use of proprietary connectors. To attach solar panels to the AC200L you need to use the included adapters from MC4 connectors to ST60 connectors and another adapter from ST60 to the proprietary aviation plug are needed. A simpler approach would be to have MC4 inputs directly on the AC200L, avoiding all these adapters. These are distractors from the overall quality and utility of the unit. The Android app connections via both Bluetooth and WiFi have worked flawlessly. I can easily monitor and change setting remotely via WiFi. The connection has been stable with no connection issues for weeks at a time and provides access to all settings and useful energy usage data. One omission to the remote data is the time remaining information that is present on the front panel screen. Why this was omitted is unclear and seems like an easy to add feature. Bluetti has a full line of power stations with similar product numbering and names. This was a bit confusing when shopping and selecting the correct product for my needs. I waited until I needed to use my generator before writing a review. We got caught up in the windstorm that knocked our power out for 28 hours. During hour 4 of the outage, we retrieved the generator from its spot in the garage. (Still with a full charge done 1.5 years ago and making it through 2 winters of subzero temperatures and 2 summers of extreme heat.) We plugged our packed full, full size LG refrigerator into the generator. 20 hours later, the generator still had 2% charge left, so we plugged in 2 Samsung Note phones that had only 25% batteries left. In less than an hour later, fridge still running, both phones 100% charged! There wasn't enough sun to recharge (I got that initial 100% charge in under an hour with the solar panels), so I put the generator on the passenger seat of my husband's 2014 Ford Escape. I plugged the car charger into the cigarette lighter and the generator and started the engine. In about 2 hours and 1 quarter tank of gas, I had a 25% charge. I heated food on the grill and took some to our neighbor. We had dinner together and the power returned! I am so thankful that we didn't lose our whole fridge full of food, fresh and frozen, and were able to charge our phones to ensure we could stay in touch with lived ones to let them know of our safety. We stayed warm with lots of blankets and had plenty of battery powered lanterns. Had the outage dragged on, we would have alternated staying warm with a small space heater and keeping our fridge nice and cold. Love the generator so much that we are buying the auxiliary battery for our miraculous Bluetti solar generator! AND, it is absolutely silent to use and inside my home so I don't have to chain it to something so it doesn't get stolen. So grateful! ... show more

Was looking for an affordable, quiet back up solution to power refrigerator, Internet etc. purchased the AC200L, solar panels and an expansion battery. With a full charge it only lasted 3.5 hours and the RV connection was defective only putting out 7 volts when connected to the main panel via an interlock. Cost me over a thousand dollars in spoiled food. Great concept but didn’t work in practice. Better solutions with more expansion are available from other manufacturers. ... show more
