nice product if it worked. Worked for a while , but now it just stalled out and wont let me turn it on or off , this is the second bluetti product I"ve had problems with. They seem fine if you dont hardly use them but under use they seem to fail. Bluetti customer service is really great, they sent a replacement unit within 10 days or so. Wish their product was as good as their customer service but alls well that ends well. ... show more

I waited until I needed to use my generator before writing a review. We got caught up in the windstorm that knocked our power out for 28 hours. During hour 4 of the outage, we retrieved the generator from its spot in the garage. (Still with a full charge done 1.5 years ago and making it through 2 winters of subzero temperatures and 2 summers of extreme heat.) We plugged our packed full, full size LG refrigerator into the generator. 20 hours later, the generator still had 2% charge left, so we plugged in 2 Samsung Note phones that had only 25% batteries left. In less than an hour later, fridge still running, both phones 100% charged! There wasn't enough sun to recharge (I got that initial 100% charge in under an hour with the solar panels), so I put the generator on the passenger seat of my husband's 2014 Ford Escape. I plugged the car charger into the cigarette lighter and the generator and started the engine. In about 2 hours and 1 quarter tank of gas, I had a 25% charge. I heated food on the grill and took some to our neighbor. We had dinner together and the power returned! I am so thankful that we didn't lose our whole fridge full of food, fresh and frozen, and were able to charge our phones to ensure we could stay in touch with lived ones to let them know of our safety. We stayed warm with lots of blankets and had plenty of battery powered lanterns. Had the outage dragged on, we would have alternated staying warm with a small space heater and keeping our fridge nice and cold. Love the generator so much that we are buying the auxiliary battery for our miraculous Bluetti solar generator! AND, it is absolutely silent to use and inside my home so I don't have to chain it to something so it doesn't get stolen. So grateful! ... show more

We purchase this solar generator for our travel trailer where electricity isn't available. Charges well as long as there is sun. It has been consistent on how long it last. Charges pretty fast but sometimes it's necessary to charge it using a generatoe.
